Habitelle is a coliving created for women, designed by and for THEM. The apartments and rooms are designed and furnished with HER in mind. We offer shared flats (co-living) with an 'all-inclusive' model, which means that the cost of renting the room also includes expenses (up to €50).
If you need an additional service or supply, request it without complications! Habitelle offers women an environment to live in based on: safety, ease, and community.

I’ve really enjoyed my stay at the coliving — it’s been a lovely apartment, exactly as described in the listing. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with weekly visits from the cleaners keeping everything fresh.
The staff has been such a great help during my time here, even accompanying me to complete my empadronamiento process. They were equally fantastic, providing all the documentation I needed and guiding me through it, as well as writing a letter of recommendation for my next apartment.
Overall, the service and support have been excellent, making my stay smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
I lived at a coliving space for over a year, and it was my first time staying in a coliving space—I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it definitely didn’t disappoint! It gave me a safe, comfortable place to live and the chance to meet people from different countries, which led to some great friendships. I liked that coliving offered a balance between socializing and privacy—you could hang out in the common areas when you wanted company, but if you needed some alone time, you could just relax in your room. Hello to introverts!
One of the things I really appreciated was that the team was always available and quick to respond. It was easy to sort out any issues in the apartment, get something fixed, or request any missing household essentials. The cleaning service was also great (and it was so cool to spend just 20-30 minutes to clean the room :))
One of the key factors for me was that the coliving space allowed me to stay with my two cats. Finding a pet-friendly place in Barcelona can be difficult, so I appreciated their flexibility.
Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place to live in Barcelona. Highly recommend!

I've been living here for over six months, and everything is just perfect. The place is always clean, and it’s well-equipped with everything you need – from kitchen plates to a cozy room. The modern coworking space in Zona Franca is great for getting work done, and the gym is a nice bonus!
I also feel completely safe here, and the team has been so responsive and quick to assist with any questions or needs. So much so, that I decided to extend my stay for another three months!

This was my first time booking an apartment through this agency, and the experience was excellent. The apartment was very well-maintained, with brand new and modern furniture. The staff was attentive, responsive, and always available to answer my questions. Living in coliving has been a great experience. I stayed there for 5 months, and the flat was very comfy and safe. It has been so comforting to live only with women and have a security team in the building, as well as the coliving team that was always reachable and attentive to our needs. The flat was cleaned once a week by a cleaning lady, as mentioned, which was absolutely great and took off a lot of work from our shoulders. The pool, the gym, and the coworking space were extremely nice. I also made some amazing friends during the coliving experience. I absolutely recommend.
It was a great experience living in the coliving apartments. On one hand, you feel accompanied either by your roommates or by the staff who are resolving your doubts and attending to requests or issues 24/7. The rooms have all the comforts for living for a few months upon your arrival in Barcelona. In my case, it made my first 3 months of stay much easier, as well as the amenities that the building had. I highly recommend staying when you don't know and are newly arrived in the city, adapting to living with many people from different cultures, with different customs and lifestyles. It's super enriching and leaves many learnings. Like everything, there were a few inconveniences during the stay, but everything was resolved by the staff!
Everything super good, except the cleaning service could be a little bit better. But the attention from the owners is very good.
