Habitelle Coliving

When I relocated here, I was specifically in search of a female-only coliving space. It was important for me to meet other people and get a feel of the city before transitioning to a place of my own.
My 7 month stay pretty much gave me that in a very comfortable, cosy setting. I've had the privilege of forming close friendships with women from various countries along with some of their adorable furry friends.

The accommodation was well-maintained, with weekly cleanings ensuring a comfortable living space. If there were any shortcomings, we could easily inform management and it would be resolved quickly.

The smart box for deliveries was a huge lifesaver especially when I was not available to pick it up in person. And the supermarket is just a minute away along several other options close by.

During a challenging summer period when my contract was ending and it was almost impossible to find suitable accommodation, they allowed me to extend my stay at the original rate, which I truly appreciate.

If you're seeking a female-only coliving space that offers not just security but a vibrant community for women, I wholeheartedly recommend it!

My stay was great! I met some amazing girls who were feeling the same vibe as me, so we got on really well. I really liked the fact that they were always quick to answer any questions and helped with everything I asked. The room is quite small for the price, but if you are new to the country/city, it is a good starting point. We always had a cleaner on a weekly basis, access to the gym, pool and a place to work, so I really enjoyed my stay!

I had a fabulous experience from start to finish! I felt supported every step of the way, with all my questions promptly answered. I'm so happy and feel safe in my lovely apartment, and I've made some new friends among my flatmates! Thanks to the host for such a wonderful living environment.

I stayed for a month at this coliving. The building is new and has great facilities such as a gym, outdoor pool, and coworking space. There is also onsite security. The apartments were well-furnished and equipped with 2 bathrooms shared between 4 people. My room had plenty of storage space with drawers and cupboards, as well as heating and AC. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to female travelers looking for a safe and modern place to stay in Barcelona.

I was looking for a female-only solution for a month while visiting the city. The place was as advertised - new, well-maintained and managed, with attentive management and great facilities. There were plenty of transport options nearby and a convenient supermarket on the ground floor. Having an outdoor swimming pool in the middle of the city was also a great perk.
