We had a wonderful stay during our time here! Our room was clean, modern, and cozy, making us feel at home immediately. We loved having access to a shared kitchen, which was always spotless and welcoming, with a designated fridge shelf for quick breakfasts before heading out for the day. Tea and really good coffee were also available.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and always ready to help, whether it was with airport transfers, tips on activities, or fresh towels at short notice. While there isn't a 24-hour reception, they are always available via WhatsApp if you need assistance.

This coliving space is conveniently located in the old city, with loads of restaurants and cafés just a few minutes' walk away. For those concerned about city center noise, you can always close the windows—they are reasonably sound-proof. And there's AC in the rooms if you prefer.

We truly had a wonderful time, and we're grateful for how well everyone looked after us. We hope to return sometime in the future!

We had a great stay here in Old Town, thanks to the friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms. The hygiene was excellent, and the location was perfect. We didn't encounter any issues at all.

The staff here are very nice, and the building in the old town is quite interesting. It's also very nice and clean.

I recently stayed here for about a month, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. We booked through a popular website, and although it mentioned that the rooms come with private kitchens, coffee machines, and mini bars, none of these were actually available.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, but they tended to chat loudly with guests and each other right outside our room early in the morning, between 7:00 and 9:00 am, which was a bit disruptive. Additionally, there isn't a 24/7 receptionist available. This can be an issue if there's a disturbance, as you can't easily find someone to address it for you. I found this concerning because it's not always ideal or safe to confront other guests yourself.

Despite these minor issues, the location is fantastic and made our stay enjoyable overall.

Great location and welcoming, kind hosts.

A fair warning: All utilities except the bathroom (TV, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle) are in a common area, not in every room. Unfortunately, our wheel of cheese got stolen from the fridge.

The sound isolation is poor. We were woken up every night and morning by people walking, checking in and out, chatting with employees or their friends, making coffee, slamming doors, and employees cleaning or working in the morning.

We stayed here as a family, and the place is amazing. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The lady who welcomed us was so nice and gave us plenty of recommendations for the area. Very much recommended!

If you are looking for an authentic, clean, safe, and high-quality place to stay in old town Kotor, this is the place! Both Bojana and Danijela are the best hostesses you can find. I loved everything about this coliving space and these ladies. Complimentary good coffee was a bonus that needs to be mentioned too…

I stayed here as a journalist visiting Kotor. My partner and I arrived in early June for a month-long visit.

The place is clean, friendly, and highly accommodating. They went above and beyond for my partner and me, helping with laundry, providing dining suggestions, and even translating on our behalf.

The communal kitchen is great if you want to prepare your own meals, and there's a free coffee station in the hallway.

Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I’ll be including this coliving space in Kotor in my upcoming article, which will be available at the end of the month.
