On the very first day I checked in I found flees all over my bed. Putting many other questions aside, I politely asked them to thoroughly clean the room yet they were reluctant to do anything but the superficial work (changing bedsheet, spraying, etc). Anyone who's ever fought with bugs like this would know way much more work is needed. I don't think the staff have sufficient experience in running serviced apartment nor know how to put customers' needs first. I'd recommend a local company instead.
