I live in a coliving residence at Botanique 42 and the experience is great! The atmosphere is friendly and warm, ideal for meeting new people while having your own space. A fantastic solution for combining comfort and community living. I highly recommend it!
I loved my experience living in one of the coliving houses in Brussels! The houses are modern, nicely decorated, and very comfortable! The client service is very fast and always friendly! I would highly recommend to anyone moving to Brussels to live in one of the coliving houses!

Before coming to Coliving House, I've lived in a personally rented other apartment in Brussels, but when the problems arrived, for example, toilet clogged, I spent hundreds of euros from my own pocket plus time to fix the issues more than the landlord would be able to do it promptly.
Now, I found Coliving House, and for me, it was a gift that it comes with a ticketing system, i.e., I can "create a ticket" for any problems I encounter! But usually, I do not need to do it here, because it is well-maintained.
Plus, I get self-check-in, weekly cleaning of the common spaces, Wi-Fi, laundry & cleaning supplies, TV

One Recommendation: Coliving House can do one thing, the prices for 'some' apartments are unjustifiably high, so optimizing it would be fair.
