We stayed in an apartment in the heart of Ruzafa, which was a great location within walking distance to the train station, downtown, and many restaurants. I chose this place based on its location and the space for 8 people. Before our arrival, I requested bedding for both sofas, as our group wasn’t comfortable sharing the sleeper sofa. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we only found one set of bedding available, and despite our immediate request, the additional bedding was never provided. The WiFi was intermittent, and while they promised to send someone to fix it, that coincided with our check-out day, even though we had communicated our issue upon arrival. Communication was limited and often slow via messaging. We experienced an ant problem, and the response suggested we might be to blame, despite being careful to store food properly. The main bedroom was quite small, making it difficult to navigate around the bed. The sofas were worn and stained, and while the water pressure in the shower was great, the overall space could use some updates. There was no one at the reception during our two-night stay, and it felt somewhat impersonal. The apartment also lacked basic supplies like a dishwasher tablet for one cycle of dishes. Additionally, the timing for the return of the security deposit seemed excessive. While our stay had its challenges, I appreciated the location, the balcony, the quiet neighborhood, and the rarity of having three bedrooms. If I return to the area, I would hope to find a different place.

We stayed 3 nights at a coliving. The location is fantastic with easy access to transport, metro, and buses. It is very central and well placed. The room is very well equipped, modern, and spacious. The daily cleaning is excellent and the bed is very comfortable. We highly recommend it for your visit to Valencia. Thank you very much and we'll see you next visit.

The coliving meets expectations perfectly. It is ideal for 2 people, although up to 4 people can stay if they use the sofa bed.
It is fully equipped in a well-utilized manner, with all the necessary appliances and a very good bed for resting.
Excellent location, very close to Corte Inglés and Ribalta Park, and very quiet.

We will repeat when we return to Castellón.

The coliving is in an extremely convenient location to easily reach all the points of interest in the city. There are several supermarkets nearby and many restaurants and bars.
The self check-in was extremely easy, and additionally, at the entrance of the building, there are convenient lockers to leave your luggage even after check-out time. Our coliving, number 9, was very spacious, extremely clean, and equipped with everything necessary. Nice experience.

Great coliving, very comfortable and welcoming, very clean. The cleaning staff are a 10, very attentive at all times. My brother has stayed seven days and will definitely return because of the service and cleanliness. I recommend this coliving because they make you feel at home.

Great stay in Valencia! Last minute the location of our coliving was changed, which was not very pleasant, but in the end, this was nicely resolved with a small discount.

We had a wonderful stay, will be the first option for us if we visit Valencia or Castellon in the future.

A perfect stay in Valencia!
We stayed in the San Vicente apartment, and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is beautiful: spacious, bright, very clean, and tastefully decorated. It subtly combines modernity with local charm, which makes Valencia so special.

Its location is ideal, right in the heart of the city center, just a few minutes from the main tourist attractions, restaurants, and transport. Despite its proximity to the center, the apartment is very quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The team was very welcoming and professional. We highly recommend the San Vicente apartment to anyone who wishes to experience an authentic Valencia.

My stay in the coliving apartment Parque Central was amazing! The apartment is modern, very spacious, and tastefully decorated – you can see that every detail has been taken care of. Everything was perfectly clean, and the amenities allowed me to feel at home.

The location is fantastic – right next to the beautiful Parque Central, with easy access to the center of Valencia, restaurants, and public transportation. It's the perfect place if you want to both relax and explore the city.
