We offer Private Luxury Suite for Rent now in this amazing Runyon Canyon/Hollywood location. You will be sharing the apartment with other people. A modern community perfectly located just by the most popular hike spot in Los Angeles, Runyon Canyon. This modern, luxury apartment building is comprised of multi-bedroom residences with open floor plans, designer fixtures, in-suite washers and dryers, walk-in closets, luxury appliances and more. This property is moments away from many dining and shopping spots as well as Hollywood walk of Fame and Sunset Blvd. It is definitely the perfect lifestyle choice for those searching for a walkable neighborhood.

The apartment is fully furnished so just bring your clothes, and personal items. Everything else will be provided for the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all items as well as each new resident will receive brand new bed sheets set, comforter and towel sets upon move in. All Utilities, high speed internet, Netflix, Hulu and Disney+ are included in the price. Washer/Dryer available in unit as well!

The community includes a 24/7 open gym as well as as a screening/study room and a small podcast/recording studio. We also have our rooftop with limited hours access so you can study or work from it as well as our team hosting wonderful events for you!
