Coliving, Inc. (“Coliving”) wants you to be happy with your stay, and wants you to feel comfortable relying upon photos, video tours and virtual tours.
Our "1 Month Trial" is designed to provide flexibility and peace of mind to our residents. This document outlines the terms under which residents can terminate their lease early within the first fifteen days of their stay and move out after just a month.
1. Overview of the "1 Month Trial"
Eligibility: The trial is available to eligible residents upon the commencement of their first lease.
Trial
Period: Residents have the option to terminate their lease without penalty within the first fifteen days of their stay.
Early
Move-Out: After opting for early termination, residents are required to complete a minimum stay of one month before moving out.
2. Specific Conditions for Early Move-Out
- Valid Reasons for Early Termination: Residents may opt for early termination within the first
fifteen days for the following reasons:
- Unmet Property Standards: Significant discrepancies between the advertised property
conditions and the actual conditions upon move-in.
- Safety Concerns: Issues related to safety or security that are not resolvable in a
timely manner.
- Health and Well-being: Urgent health or well-being concerns directly related to the
property environment.
- Invalid Reasons for Early Termination: Early termination requests will not be considered for
the following reasons:
- Personal Preferences: Dislikes regarding property aesthetics or minor inconveniences.
- External Circumstances: Personal or professional circumstances unrelated to the
property conditions, such as job relocation, personal relationships, or preference for another location.
- Temporary Discomforts: Issues that are resolvable through standard maintenance or
property management interventions.
3. Limitations and Exclusions
One-Time
Use: This trial is available only once per resident for their first lease agreement with Coliving.
Non-Refundable
Payments: Any payments made prior to the termination request, including the first month’s rent, are non-refundable.
4. Procedure for Early Termination
Request
Submission: Residents wishing to utilize the trial must submit a formal request via email within the fifteen-day period.
Compliance with Lease
Terms: All other terms of the lease remain in effect until the end of the one-month period following the termination notice.
5. General Provisions
Amendment of Terms: Coliving reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms at any time.
Entire
Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the "1 Month Trial" and supersede any prior understandings or agreements.
