In Barcelona, province of Barcelona, we find the address street of Aragón, number 109. The street of Aragón (cat.: Carrer d'Aragó) is a street in the Eixample of Barcelona (Spain). It receives its name from Aragon, an autonomous community that borders Catalonia to the west. It appears as the letter L street in the Plan Cerdá. Its current name already appears in the proposal for labeling the streets of the Ensanche made in 1863 by the Barcelona writer, journalist and politician Víctor Balaguer at the request of the city council. The name proposed by Balaguer was approved on October 25, 1863. It limits to the north with Valencia street and to the south with Consejo de Cent street. It joins Avenida Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia with Avenida Meridiana.
Located in Eixample Izquierdo, the property is just a 10-minute walk from the Universitat de Barcelona and close to the Hospital Clínic. You'll have your room all to yourself. Regarding flatmates, mainly young (ex-pat) professionals and MBA or master's students Locals and different nationalities. We aim to mix the different profiles in order to have a balance inside the apartment. The age range is between 20 and people in their 30s.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
