Once your reservation is confirmed through the platform, we’ll get in touch with you via email and WhatsApp to guide you through the next steps. You’ll have until one week before your check-in to complete the remaining one-time payments, listed in the “Extra Fees” section:

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

What information do I need to supply for the application?To apply, we'll need a few important details from you! Please provide a copy of your photo ID (like a passport or NIE), your current residency address, and depending on whether you're a student or a worker, either a university acceptance letter or a job offer/employment contract. We look forward to welcoming you!

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?We look for tenants who are respectful, tidy, and responsible, and who align with the calm and community-oriented environment we aim to maintain. Age and lifestyle compatibility with current residents is also taken into account.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?Check-in is from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. If you need flexibility, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate you depending on availability.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?Absolutely! You can extend your stay if the room is available, and we’d love to have you for longer. Each resident may invite one guest per week to use the common areas, and one overnight stay per week is allowed in the resident’s private room. We kindly ask that all guests be respectful of the space and other residents, and that they are never left alone in the apartment.

Are kids allowed?Thank you for your question! Our community is designed specifically for adults aged 18–39, focusing on young professionals, students, and digital nomads. While we love families, we currently do not accommodate children in our residence.

While we currently do not allow pets to maintain a clean and peaceful environment for all residents, we appreciate your understanding and are here to support you in any way we can!

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?Yes, if you’re not fully comfortable in your current room, you may request a change, subject to availability. Our team will do their best to find an alternative that suits you better. However, this is very rarely needed, as our listings are highly accurate, what you see is what you get.
