Ongoing tenant support: A dedicated coliving manager is available throughout your stay to help with any questions, maintenance needs, or issues that

Community setup & communications: We’ll add you to the apartment’s communication group and keep communication open between flatmates and the management
team to support a harmonious shared living environment.

To prepare your contract and ensure we’re aligned with local regulations, we’ll also need a few documents from you after reservation payment is complete:

A valid photo ID (NIE, TIE, or passport).
Your residency address (even if temporary or in your home country).
If you're a student: an official university acceptance letter.
If you're a worker: a job offer or employment contract.

This temporary accommodation with services is intended exclusively for recreational, tourist, or holiday use, whether during the summer season or any other period. The client will be asked to certify this use. If the temporary use you plan to give this accommodation is different, please contact us directly.

Yes. You can use the living room, or if your room includes a desk, you’ll have a comfortable space to work from there.

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

You'll be living with a diverse and respectful group of international residents aged 18 to 39, including students, young professionals, and digital nomads. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and multicultural.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

What information do I need to supply for the application?

To apply, we'll need a few important details from you! Please provide a copy of your photo ID (like a passport or NIE), your current residency address, and depending on whether you're a student or a worker, either a university acceptance letter or a job offer/employment contract. We look forward to welcoming you!

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We look for tenants who are respectful, tidy, and responsible, and who align with the calm and community-oriented environment we aim to maintain. Age and lifestyle compatibility with current residents is also taken into account.

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?

Check-in is from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. If you need flexibility, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate you depending on availability.

Policies

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Yes, occasional visitors are welcome. Each resident may invite one guest per week to use the common areas, and one overnight stay per week is allowed in the resident’s private room. We kindly ask that all guests be respectful of the space and other residents, and that they are never left alone in the apartment.

What is the policy on alcohol?

Alcohol is allowed in moderation. You’re welcome to enjoy a drink in your room or in the common areas, as long as it’s done responsibly and with respect for your flatmates.

What potential costs are there besides the rent?

Besides the monthly rent, there may be a final cleaning fee and a management fee that varies based on the length of your stay. Additionally, utilities and other shared expenses might apply. It's always good to check for any extra fees that may come up!

Yes, all rooms come fully furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, and desk. Some rooms even include smart projectors or balconies, depending on availability.

While we do not provide meals or snacks, you'll love our fully equipped kitchen! It’s a great space for cooking your own meals whenever you like, and it’s a perfect opportunity to share recipes and experiences with your fellow housemates.

Do you host groups/retreats?

Our spaces are designed primarily for medium- to long-term stays, so we don’t typically host short-term retreats or group events. That said, we’re always open to special requests if they align with the dynamics of the house.

How many people will be living here during my stay?

Each apartment accommodates a small number of residents — usually 3-6 people per unit — to ensure a calm and comfortable environment. If you'd like, we can let you know exactly how many guests will be staying during your dates.

Is there a house/community manager?

Yes, every property is supported by a dedicated Community Manager who’s available throughout your stay to assist with anything you need, from maintenance to settling in and helping you feel at home.

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?

Yes. The building has a doorman from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 16:00, and security cameras in common access areas. Additionally, access is controlled and only verified guests are allowed to enter. Our team is also available 24/7 to assist you if anything comes up.

Are my belongings safe?

Yes, your belongings are safe. We carefully select respectful tenants and foster a strong sense of trust and responsibility within the Community. Each room is private and individually assigned.

Can I lock my bedroom door?

Absolutely. All bedrooms have lockable doors, so you can feel secure and have full privacy whenever you need it.
