Make yourself comfortable in our brand-new residence, ideally located in the Angevin district of Lafayette, just a few steps from the city center, public transport (tram and bus), and shops. The large biweekly market on Place Lafayette is an 8-minute walk away.
Our co-living space is ideally located, just a few minutes' walk from shops and public transport (bus and metro). It offers 10 independent rooms, fully furnished and tastefully decorated, each with a private bathroom.
The 240m² house, renovated in 2024, provides a wonderful living environment. It features a large garden with a terrace, barbecue, and garden shed, as well as numerous spacious and carefully furnished common areas.
Amenities include:
- Magnificent living/dining room.
- Large, fully equipped kitchen (all appliances are doubled).
- Gym with fitness/bodybuilding machines.
- Garden with BBQ and garden furniture.
- Laundry room (2 washing machines and 2 dryers).
- Easy street parking.
Each of the 10 bedrooms includes a private bathroom for more comfort and privacy. You will find a furnished sleeping area (double bed, mattress, duvet, pillows), a desk, and a dressing room. The bathroom consists of a shower with a glass wall, a vanity unit, a WC, and a towel dryer.
The rent is all-inclusive and includes many services:

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home.
