El Raval is a vibrant area with cutting-edge exhibits at the Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art and the Center de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona. The adjacent streets are full of bohemian bars, modern designer shops, and street art. Seafood, wine, and tapas are sold at the La Boquería market on Avenida La Rambla, while quiet cafes line the Rambla del Raval. For its part, the Maritime Museum has replicas of boats from medieval shipyards.
In the finest section of Raval, you will find the street of Sant Pau 52. Enjoy your stay in Barcelona at our co-living apartment close to the port and the Ramblas! Métro: "Parallel" stations (L2 and L3) and near several bus terminals. Close proximity to supermarkets, banks, parks, schools, and retail centers. Plaza Catalunya is 15 minutes away on foot.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

Regarding flatmates, mainly young (ex-pat) professionals and MBA or master's students Locals and different nationalities. We aim to mix the different profiles in order to have a balance inside the apartment. The age range is between 20 and people in their 30s.
