  • Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
  • We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
    Please note that additional charges do apply.
  • Yes, we have a co-working space, which is included in the booking, as well as a meeting room. Upgrade options like a second screen or a stand-up desk are available.
  • Our coliving space does not have any restrictions on the type of people we accept, as long as they respect others and the facilities.
  • The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
  • You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
    - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
    - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
    - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
    - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
    - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
  • Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

  • We will need a picture of your passport. After booking, you will receive an email from HelloSign with a short-term rental contract. It is mandatory for all guests to comply with Spanish law.
  • We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.
  • You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate.
    If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas.
  • Yes, it will depend on availability. Additional charges may apply.
  • We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.
  • We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be considered in our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.
  • A security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear is expected.
  • You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
  • You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
  • If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
  • Policies
  • Guests are allowed in the visiting area, but not in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.
    Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
  • As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other coworkers and you. So, it’s a no.
  • We do not accept pets.
    By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious:
    1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and
    2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
    We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs and pets whose sole function is only to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and will not be allowed.

  • Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.
  • To keep our environment clean and healthy, we ask that you refrain from smoking indoors, including private rooms, common areas, hallways, and balconies. If you do wish to smoke, please do so outside, away from the building entrance, and kindly dispose of your cigarette butts properly. Thank you for helping us maintain a pleasant space for everyone!
  • Yes. We will provide updated information once you have moved in.
  • On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 a.m. and from 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
  • It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
  • Amenities
  • We recommend that you have renter's insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
    Storage, lockers, and parking are additional costs.
  • The common areas come fully furnished.
    Bedrooms are furnished with everything essential.
    You can add/remove any furniture (including the hanging of pictures) as long as the room is returned to its original condition at the end of your tenancy.

  • Even though we have been lucky that nothing has gone missing, we recommend all our members keep their valuable belongings in their rooms. For extra precaution, buy renters insurance in case of lost items and accidents.
