Welcome to our spectacular, traditional Canarian complex located in the heart of Arona, a charming town in the south of Tenerife.
This Coliving space is an exciting expansion of our established coworking and nomad community in south Tenerife. Over the past four years, we’ve built the highest-rated coworking space on the island, hosting more than 200 events for remote workers just last year.
In collaboration with the local government, we are dedicated to growing the remote working community in a sustainable way, ensuring a balance between economic growth and the preservation of local life. Our efforts focus on mitigating rising accommodation costs and preventing the displacement of residents.
Through our local connections, we’ve partnered with a local company to create a Coliving space in a stunning 123-year-old Canarian property. The complex features three spacious lounges, a cozy library now transformed into a coworking space, a roof terrace, and an expansive garden complete with a pool.
This Coliving space serves as the new hub for our community, offering remote workers dedicated accommodation, a full-time community manager, and regular events—all included in the stay. We’re also working with the local government to foster deeper integration with the local community, encouraging involvement in events and professional exchanges. Additionally, students from the local university participate in these exchanges, further enriching the experience.

The property is located in the picturesque town of Arona, the municipal capital that encompasses the popular areas of Los Cristianos and Playa Las Americas.
Arona is a charming, traditional town, just a 15-minute drive from the island’s bustling tourist hubs and stunning beaches. With its cobbled streets, historic center, and breathtaking mountain views, Arona offers a tranquil retreat without sacrificing convenience.
The town provides everything you need to thrive, including smaller supermarkets (two featuring fresh food counters), a selection of local restaurants and bars, and what is arguably the best bakery on the island for delicious cakes.
Transportation is easy and convenient. Right outside the Coliving, you’ll find regular bus services to the coastal towns of Los Cristianos, Playa Las Americas, and Costa Adeje, giving you quick access to our Coworking space, the beach, and various coastal community events.
To the north of Arona, you’ll discover wineries, scenic hiking trails, lush forests, and even bus routes to the iconic Teide Volcano.

Will I have privacy?The property is simply huge, and as most of our rooms are private with ensuite and will have WIFI and a desk and chair, it will be easy to hide away and recharge your social batteries.

Are pets allowed?As much as we love a doggo, the hotel is a historic building with lots of antiques and isn’t suited to having pets on site.
The Coworking by the beach does allow dogs on request. -
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?If you have booked a double or twin room, then yes, as these are based on dual occupancy; all other rooms are for single use except for the female dormitory, which is charged per bed.

Is there a designated space for work?Yes, we have converted a historic library into a professional standard Coworking space; it has ergonomic chairs and at least two power sockets per desk. There is also a separate space with four electronic sit/stand desks, so you could consider this a second Coworking Space. There are also three rooms which will be for meetings or calls, these can be reserved without charge.
The Coworking facilities will be open 24 hours per day for colivers staying at the Coliving. For any outside members, it will close at 10 pm.
As a member of our Coliving, you can also have free access to our dedicated Coworking space, by the Beach (subject to availability of desks). -
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?If you are expecting a party, then this Coliving is not for you. We intend for it to be a social place where you can connect with other digital nomads, remote workers, and local people.
As by far the largest Coliving space on Tenerife with the most private rooms, it is the perfect place to be surrounded by like-minded professionals and entrepreneurs, but also have your own space to recharge your social batteries. - Booking

Are kids allowed?We love the little legends! But sadly, due to the working environment and project ethos, the Coliving is not suited for children or families.

Are service and emotional support animals allowed?No, sadly, at the moment we cannot support service or emotional support animals.

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?If we have other rooms available, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the Coliving. Vaping will be allowed in the outdoor areas, but smoking is not allowed there.

Can I receive post/mail to the property?Yes.

What are the quiet hours?Due to the town centre nature of the property, we ask there is quiet time between 11 pm and 7 am daily at the Coliving.

What is the policy on alcohol?Alcohol is permitted at the Coliving, but we urge you to drink within moderation.

Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?There most certainly is; it’s a fully equipped kitchen that can be used by all colivers; it’s a large space where a lot of people can fit in at once. There is also a dining room with tables and chairs to eat next to the kitchen and plenty of outdoor seating in the garden to eat your meals. Every coliver will have their own container for groceries and a section in the fridge.

Is the neighborhood safe?Yes, the town is extremely safe, with one of the lowest crime rates on the island.

Are there any good restaurants nearby?We have a fantastic bakery called Aroma literally three minutes away for the best cakes on the island and sandwiches made to order.
Oliver's Out of Town is one of the highest rated restaurants on the island and is often hard to get a booking, They have a daily vegan menu and are about an 18 minute walk or 3 minute drive.
There is a local bar next door serving cheap tapas next to the Coliving.
Lastly, there is the fantastic Restaurante El Cobijo which has some of the best views of the coast, this is about 20 minutes walk or 3 minutes in the car. -
What public transportation is available?The 480 bus goes from right outside the Coliving and will take you to the coast.
There is also a bus to the volcano Teide. -
How far is it to the nearest airport?Tenerife has two airports, Tenerife Sur TFS and the Tenerife Norte TFN. Our Coliving is by far the closest to Tenerife Sur, the south airport.
From the South Airport, you take the express bus 40 (express), 711 (night bus) or the 343 bus(stopping service) to Los Cristianos and change to the 480 towards Arona, then the Coliving is a three-minute walk. This if well-timed with schedules should be about an hour’s journey. At the time of writing the airport bus costs €3.45 and the Arona bus costs €1.45 so a total of €4.90
