For self-employed applicants, we will ask for the last 2 years' tax returns. We usually look for annual income to be x25/30 times monthly rent; if this ratio is not met, the applicant needs a US-based guarantor.
- Financial Proof (Full bank statement for the last 3 months, circling prior rent paid in the past and income received, other transactions may be blacked out/redacted)

- Pay $34 screening fee for background and credit checks (non-refundable).
- Once the application has been approved, the applicant must pay a 1-month security deposit (refundable) upon approval of the application and 1-month rent and utilities before the move-in date. -
