We're a new coworking and coliving space located in the Azores, specifically São Miguel, with easy access from the airport and Ponta Delgada, which accommodates a maximum of 3 guests. We're not a typical community space; we're more for independent digital nomads who want to be on their own to explore the island, experience the real Azorean lifestyle, and have a cozy and secure space for a life and work balance. You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.
Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Residents Terms.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?

They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
