Yes!

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

While we've been fortunate with our safety record, we encourage you to keep your valuables secure in your room. For extra peace of mind, you might also consider renters insurance to protect against any unforeseen incidents.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide security systems to go inside the build and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.

Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem. Just be careful walking at night and using mobiles on the street.

Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll discover a variety of excellent, budget-friendly restaurants to explore.

Even though our location is good if you'd like to walk or bike, it's a short distance to the bus and metro station.
