Nested near the remarkable cultural center Le Botanique and its hype events throughout the year, this house is located in one of the most cosmopolitan neighborhoods of Brussels. If you’re looking for a place in a dynamic district, this house is for you! Here, you won't need a car, the area being very well connected to public transports. Also, if you're a real foodie, you'll feel spoiled thanks to all the different cuisines dutifully represented at walking distance from the house.

    - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
    - makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
    - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

  • Even though we love animals, pets are not allowed due to hygienic reasons and for our members who may be allergic.
  • We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

  • Not only can one person sign the lease, but we can also do an addendum to the contract if you're a couple.

  • Policies
  • Yes, for a period of about 7 days per month and as long as your housemates agree with it. Use your discretion; we like to be flexible, but guests cannot pose a disturbance to your other housemates. If they are cool with it, we are.
  • Unfortunately, not anymore. We tried to create a product and service adapted for single parents with kids, but the experience was not as expected.
  • We do not accept pets.
    By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious:
    1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and
    2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
    We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs and pets whose sole function is only to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA, and will not be allowed.

    The consumption of illegal drugs or substances is prohibited in the building. It is harmful to your health, and you could put yourself or others at risk.

  • We ask for a security fee equivalent to one month's rent before moving in.

    We will charge you a one-time fee of around 100 €/$ taken from your deposit when you move out of your room for cleaning and the inventory of fixtures.

  • Different types of events are organized every month for or by the members. It can be a yoga class, a poker tournament, a citizens' initiative, a private concert, a soccer game or simply a pleasant dinner. We also deliver a monthly breakfast in each home to make sure our members take the time to connect.

    You’ll always find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room & a laundry room. Most of the time, you’ll get a garden, a gym, a cinema room and, with some luck, even a poker room!
  • Standard bedrooms have a Queen Sized bed (140x200), a desk with a chair, a bedside table and lamp, a custom build closet, and private storage.

    We have rooms with private bathrooms and rooms with shared bathrooms. The bathroom contains a shower and a sink, no bath.
  • In addition to the accommodation, every member can get a monthly subscription service that handles their bedding and room cleaning so they can spend their time doing the things they love. These services are not included in the normal base rent.
  • Yes, each house has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers (exact quantity depends on the # of housemates).
  • In most of the houses, we have anywhere from 3 to 22 rooms, depending on the size of each house.
  • Most of our private rooms are around 14 m2 / 150 square feet. Our smallest rooms are around 10 m2 / 110 square feet and our largest around 30 m2 / 325 square feet.
  • In most houses, the toilets are shared with three roommates. In some of our houses, there is a bath and a private toilet in each room.
  • Most of our houses are equipped with Salto smart-lock security systems. Built within the front door, we also use a Ring security system to keep the house entrance safe. Via our mobile application, you will have the possibility to unlock/lock your room.

    For privacy reasons, we do not access or transfer data unless you give us your explicit permission (for example if we ever had to track suspicious activity occurring in front of the house, etc.).

  • The minimum length of a stay is 3 months while the maximum is 3 years, but we’re flexible as often as possible.
  • You can do pretty much what you want in your room as long as you do not damage walls, floors or other surfaces and return your bedroom to the state in which you found it.
  • Every member gets access to our dedicated mobile application. Within the application, you will be able to report an incident or add a wish for your house.
  • When possible, but this is completely subject to our lease terms, we try to be as flexible. Although we try to allow for 2 months, in the case that you have stayed for more than 6 months, we can never guarantee a lease break.
