We are convinced that love, passion for what you do and lifestyle is the key to live happily. That's why we live as a friend once told us: “like in a movie or in a fairy tale” finding the balance of what we call wellness.
Is located in Santa Veronica or 'Kiters Town” as we call it and is located between Barranquilla and Cartagena, two incredible cities with lots of gastronomy and activities to do.
Because it is such a special place we decided to build a home to share with other people our vision of how you can live the “dream life”. Our Coliving is your perfect place in paradise to live extraordinary experiences, practice sports, relax, work from home and live your best life, in a unique, and cozy house located one block from the beach, designed to make you feel at home.
Our house is made to make you feel as comfortable as possible, equipped with a kitchen, outdoor racks with shelves to store your kitesurfing equipment, a shared outdoor shower, and a beautiful kiosk on the second floor for you to enjoy.
Three bedrooms have a queen bed, a single auxiliary bed (optional, upon request), air conditioning, two bedside tables, terrace with two chairs and a table for you to enjoy in private an outdoor space, a private outdoor shower, bathroom with a fan specially designed for women to apply their make-up, and a closet equipped with a minibar so you can store everything you need without having to leave the room.

About Villas de Santa Veronica
Kiters town is known mainly for its seafood and amazing kitesurfing conditions, but it's not all about kitesurfing, there are many activities to do such as skydiving, paddle boarding, surfing, kayaking, freediving, biking, hiking, yoga, CrossFit, and we also have a minimarket, pharmacy, grocery store, beach club, and restaurants within walking distance.
Our neighborhood has an outdoor gym and a beach volleyball court for you to use and enjoy.
There are also several hotels in the surrounding area that offer different activities.

Sorry they are not allowed, not because we don't love them, but we already have two dogs and a cat and we don't want to put in risk any pet if they don't get along.

You will share the home with digital nomads. We love having nice people around, nature lovers who love to connect with local people and practice sports. We live in a kitesurf spot so probably you will hang out a lot with kitesurfers.

They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. We have restaurants in the neigboorhood, Eco Xata's Beach Club, La Mar Peruvian seafood, Eco Xata (hotel), Casa mambo (hotel). For the hotel's restaurant you have to call in advance.
We are also 30 min away from Baranquilla and an hour away from Cartagena, both cities offer a big variety of amazing restaurants

Kiters town is known mostly for its amazing kitesurf conditions between December and April, but it’s not all about kite, there’s plenty of activities to do around like skydiving, paddle, scuba diving, surf, kayak, cycling, Eco walks, yoga and CrossFit depending on the season. Our house is walking distance to the mini market, pharmacy, store, and restaurants in Santa Veronica, known for their sea food.
