Yes, we rent private rooms, so you will have the freedom to have "me time" anytime you want. You are welcome, but not obliged, to participate in any activity.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

We accept only small, apartment-friendly dogs.
P.S. The property is cat city, so it’s highly advisable that your dog is cat-friendly as well.

The property is specifically designed to cater to the needs of digital nomads and remote workers. With high-speed internet, dedicated co-working spaces, and a vibrant community of like-minded individuals, it offers an ideal environment for productivity, networking, and collaboration.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

You can cancel free of charge before you pay. After payment, the listing's cancellation policy applies.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Please be aware that Old town is a strictly pedestrian zone, so parking a car inside is impossible. The public parking outside the Old town is only 5 minutes away, so that should not be a problem.

We are always ready to do events together but also respect each other's privacy. We love to organize movie nights, hiking, walking tours, stand-up paddle in the Bay, game and cocktail nights, or simply a pleasant dinner. We don't have a fixed schedule and we are open to initiatives and suggestions from current guests.

No, meals are not included.
Every apartment is equipped with a cozy kitchen where you are more than welcome to make your meals. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all of the essentials– pots and pans, kitchen gadgets, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
From time to time, we will make a "family dinner" for all guests so we can share stories and ideas and get to know each other better.
