Absolutely! Every apartment is self-contained with a private bathroom and kitchen. You will have privacy when you need it and a sense of community when you want it.

Pet Policies
We only allow a maximum of 2 pets per room (Maximum 15 kg per pet)
Pets over 15 kg will be considered by case-by-case basis.
We understand that pets can be curious and want to explore, but for the safety of your pet(s) and others, please keep them on a leash at all times.
They Poop! You Scoop! Always take care and be responsible for your pet(s) after their toilet business.
Pets are allowed at Phuket Town and at the property only.
Pets are welcome to stroll and sniff around in the downstairs public garden while on a leash.
We provide a small pet park by the parking lot area equipped with a water hose, a washing sink, and a trash can. Don’t forget to bring your own poop bags!
Pets are not permitted at the common rooftop areas on the 7th floor.
We allow pets to stay in all room types (except for the Duplex units).
Owners who have more than 1 pet are allowed to stay in the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom room types only.
Please make sure your playful pet(s) keep their noises as low as possible to avoid disturbing other guests, especially during the night times.
An additional charge for your pet is THB750 (Net) per pet per night.
Pet owners should be mindful that they are responsible for any damages caused by their pets during their stay. Any resulting costs will be deducted from the upfront security deposit. Thank you for understanding! -
This lease is not transferable and cannot be assigned or reassigned, in whole or in part. The tenant shall not sublet, sublease, or otherwise grant any other party any license or right in relation to this lease. Any license, assignment, sublease, or agreement in violation of this clause shall be null and void, with no legal force whatsoever.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place. -
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
