The space is as advertised in the pictures, but the listing doesn’t make clear that there are two buildings, and the co-work is only in one building. Also there are no true common areas in the apartment, only a tiny kitchen - not really a place where you can hang out with roommates. The common areas are not cleaned every week - it’s on the tenants to clean the kitchen and bathrooms. But it is nice that they change the sheets weekly and the place is in a really convenient but touristy location close to things to do and transportation. The host is trying to charge me more money outside of coliving.com for my reservation - so be careful about what else you sign when you accept the keys.
