My Experience at Coliving

Being someone who values connection, community, and living in a beautiful space, Coliving truly ticks all the boxes.

I lived there from June to November 2025, and it was honestly one of the loveliest chapters of my life. The house itself is stunning, beautifully designed rooms, warm common areas, and an energy that makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. But what truly makes this place special is the people.

The community aspect was the absolute highlight of my stay. Every Monday we’d sit together, a group of curious, kind, inspiring humans, and plan out a week filled with activities: visiting wineries, exploring new hiking trails, braai/BBQ, deep conversations, beach days, trying new restaurants, yoga sessions, sauna visits, spontaneous adventures, and weekend trips to see the wildflowers. These are experiences I would never have done alone, and that’s the magic of this place; it elevates your experience because not only do you get to see beautiful places and have wonderful experiences, but you get to do it with awesome people too.

I was also there during the entrepreneurial theme (June–August), and the house became an incredible incubator. It was during this time that I launched my business, which has now grown into a successful venture. I genuinely credit so much of that growth to the insights, support, and shared wisdom that came from the Coliving community.

The team has created something truly special, a home that’s not only beautiful and comfortable but built around real community, shared experiences, and meaningful connections.

I highly recommend Coliving, especially if it’s your first time in Cape Town. You’ll have a gorgeous home, access to invaluable local knowledge, and most importantly, an instant community to plug into. It’s more than accommodation; it’s a way to experience Cape Town in the most wholesome, connected, and memorable way.

A place you will arrive at not knowing anyone initially, leaving with friendships/connections that will be meaningful and last a lifetime.

One of the best colivings I’ve ever stayed in! I stayed in a coliving for 6 weeks and it really felt like a home away from home. The house is beautiful and has a lot of character and charm, great communal spaces and outdoor spaces, and in an ideal location. My room (Stadium) was spacious and comfortable and had a balcony with views of the ocean and the stadium. More than that, the community that they facilitate was amazing, with lots of activities and opportunities for connection. This isn’t just a place to stay, this is about being part of a connected group of travelers. Even though I was halfway across the world, I felt like I had my “people,” which made the experience really fulfilling.

If you are looking for a place to find good company and stay in a good location, this coliving is the place! I prolonged my stay and I am so happy to have lived there!! The staff is amazing, very friendly, and there is a family atmosphere. We did so many activities together. The room is beautiful with a view of the sea and the city! Definitely recommend to stay 🫶🏻😊

Loved my stay here! While I only got to experience it for a week, it was such a blast. Great rooms, optimized workspaces, and a really enthusiastic and infectious vibe from everyone else who was living there. The best part about this place was the feeling of community that was generated by the people you share the space with. Highly recommended!

I stayed at a coliving in August and really enjoyed it. Loved that every room has its own bathroom, and the kitchen was set up so well with plenty of appliances—no waiting around to cook. The WiFi was solid, the podcast room was a nice surprise, and the patio with putt putt and views made for great downtime. The location is spot on—walkable to the rugby stadium and quick Ubers to the CBD or Waterfront. The best part though was the community—welcoming, fun, and always up for an adventure. Great recommendations too! Will definitely be back xx

This was my second time staying at a coliving for two months, and the experience just gets better and better. Despite it being winter-season in Cape Town (I stayed in June + July this year, versus February + March last year), and everything in the city generally running at a more chill pace than in summer, we were a very active group: Hiking, surfing, padel, entrepreneur roundtables, potluck lunches and dinners out together were our weekly routines. We did workouts and watched sunsets from the rooftop, ate lunches on the beautiful patio, watched movies and did yoga in the lounge.

I loved my room; it felt cozy and welcoming. The kitchen is the best-stocked with appliances, shelf- and fridge-space I've used in a coliving. Greenpoint is a prime location: safe and walkable (during the day) and close to everything you need: shops, restaurants, bars, gyms. Only a fifteen-minute walk from the Sea Point Promenade.

The team do a great job of building and fostering community, which made the beautiful villa feel like home immediately. Thanks for having me again and creating such a lovely experience. 💛 See you again soon!

I enjoyed every minute of my six-week stay at a coliving! My partner and I stayed in the Stadium suite, with a private balcony terrace and amazing views of the beautiful city.

The coliving is a welcoming home away from home and offered a unique way to experience Cape Town. From local guided hikes and walks in Green Point Park to community lunches and morning dance raves, it was the perfect place to make new connections.

The house is thoughtfully laid out with private and communal work spaces, as well as seating areas on the poolside terrace and rooftop terrace - the ideal spots to watch the sunset.

The team is friendly and caring, and made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. A special thanks to the staff for all the work they did to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

For anyone looking to experience the wonder and excitement of Cape Town, I found the coliving to be the perfect place to stay.

My partner and I stayed in the Stadium suite for a month and a half and we absolutely loved it. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and they were always helpful.

It was our first time staying in a coliving, and it's definitely set the standard for what we will look for when staying at one again.

Stunning views, clean rooms, super fast WiFi, spacious communal areas, and of course, the community. We made some genuine friendships during our stay.
