My partner, my cat, and I had an amazing time staying here this September for about a month. The location is fantastic, with easy bus and train access to Antibes, Cannes, Nice, and more along the French Riviera. There are also bikes and ebikes available for getting around. The charming village of Biot is within walking distance and worth a visit. The nearby boulangerie is dangerously tempting with all its delicious offerings!

The house is perfect, featuring six rooms, an open-plan coworking space, a living area, a kitchen, plenty of outdoor space, and a pool. We loved the variety of appliances available, like the air fryer, blender, sound bar, and massage chair – you name it, they have it!

As hosts, Manu and Giedre are super organized and communicative, making everything run smoothly. They resolve any issue promptly and keep the place spotless. They are familiar with every room, so they have all the knowledge when it comes to recommendations. Even when they were away, they stayed responsive to messages, and the volunteers managing the place in their absence were fantastic.

We also loved the atmosphere. Manu and Giedre organize great activities, from weekend adventures to impromptu game nights, which create a lovely, friendly environment. It's a quieter coliving space than others we've experienced, but sometimes that's exactly what you need. I felt so relaxed and productive the entire time I was there. Both my partner and I agreed we wish we could have stayed longer. We can't wait to return!

We stayed here for three months and had a lovely time. The villa is spacious, with a pool, a new hot tub, a massage chair, and many other amenities. They have bikes available, making it easy to get to the train station and explore the area. On weekends, we enjoyed adventures like canyoning, hiking, and via Ferrata.

Manu and Giedre are incredibly passionate about coliving and have gone above and beyond to create a friendly and welcoming space. I would highly recommend it.

I stayed here for about a month in September and October. The space was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with a full kitchen, laundry, coworking areas, and a pool. It provided a productive environment during the day with plenty of space to relax in the evenings—truly can't fault it!

The room I stayed in was comfortable, spacious, and suitable for work. Being north-facing, it stayed nice and cool during the day. The shared bathroom was fine, even when sharing with up to four others. Weekly cleaning and fresh towels were provided, which was great.

This coliving space had a warm, homely atmosphere with regular social activities, like outdoor adventures in the Alps and relaxing days in nearby towns. Even when it was quiet, there was always someone to chat with, and the house felt spacious even when at full occupancy.

The location feels a bit isolated, with no major amenities in walking distance. Gyms and larger shops are about a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute bike ride away, and they provide bikes as well. I had my own road bike to explore, which was handy, as relying solely on public transport could have been inconvenient. The hosts, Manu and Giedre, have really done their best to make up for it.

I definitely recommend this place—my first coliving experience has inspired me to explore many more!

I had a great time here. The villa is spacious and incredibly comfortable for working, with comfy chairs, screens, a coffee machine, and fast Wi-Fi. There are bikes available for getting around and exploring Biot and Antibes or heading to the beach.

Outside, there's a nice pool that was still warm enough for swimming in October, along with a jacuzzi and sauna for relaxation. On weekends, regular trips were organized to the Alps for hiking, canyoning, via ferrata, or visiting other towns along the French Riviera.

Everyone I met was lovely, and there were always people eager to play board games, go out for dinner, or enjoy a glass of wine. Thanks to Manuel and Giedre for their hard work in creating such a welcoming community and enjoyable place to stay!

I stayed here for three months and loved it! Both Manu and Giedre are amazing people, always happy to help out, whether it’s around the house or offering guidance for local cities.

Events with fellow colivers are hosted regularly, from chill movie or game nights at home to exploring local towns with food and drinks or going on hikes across the country. They really do it all! Plus, there are even Google Maps folders saved for hikes, restaurants, and cafes to help you navigate your way around.

Everyone I met there was super nice and chill, too. The house itself is so spacious—the pictures really don’t do it justice.

Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a productive yet social environment.

This is a relatively small coliving space, but Manuel and Giedre do a fantastic job organizing activities that foster a strong sense of community. They're incredibly helpful and make sure we feel at home.

The house offers spacious communal areas, including a kitchen, living room, and coworking space. It's a bonus to have a small desk in the room for making calls, keeping the coworking area peaceful.

There's a great swimming pool that's always clean, thanks to the maintenance.

The coliving is nestled among other homes outside Biot. It's a 20-minute walk to the village where you can enjoy a nice meal at one of the many restaurants. Antibes is about 20-25 minutes by bus. Although I had a car, I often walked to the beach or train station (20 minutes) and took the bus back. One major advantage of this location is its tranquility—it's very quiet and relaxing.

I had such a great time in the south of France with Giedre and Manuel in their lovely coliving! You can really tell that they give their best and all their heart for this place. ❤️

The place is well-equipped, super tidy, and clean. I loved my room, the big open kitchen (with coffee and tea provided), the huge pool, and the terrace where I could work from every day with a beautiful garden in front of me.

The villa is located between Antibes and the little village of Biot. There's a bus that comes regularly to get you to the nearest cities or the train station in just a few minutes. However, I chose the bike most of the time to get to Antibes. It's a 20-minute ride along the sea, which is just beautiful! Manuel and Giedre have bikes that you're free to use.

Manuel and Giedre live at the place themselves, and you can tell that they love what they do. They always have an open ear and plan trips and activities for everyone who wants to join – both longer planned ones and also spontaneous ones. I loved the community here, especially having a glass of rosé with everyone on the terrace in the evening.

Thanks again, Manuel and Giedre, for everything! I'll be back for sure! ❤️

I stayed here for a month between the end of July and August.

House: The pool is lovely, and the outside couch/table makes a nice spot to sit and relax/work when it’s not too hot or when the mosquitos are out at night. The gym is outside and a bit outdated, but there are simple weights/items to do a basic workout. The workstation has lots of room, and the kitchen is very spacious and stocked with all appliances and cookware to support your cooking needs. The bathrooms are supplied with the basics (toilet paper, soap), which is nice. Detergent is also supplied, and it’s easy to do laundry.

Bedroom: I stayed in St. Tropez. The room was spacious but it shared a central AC with another bedroom. Since St. Tropez is smaller, it would get cold pretty fast, and because the window needed to be closed for the AC to work, it could get too cold at times, which was inconvenient. If you and the other person in the other room don’t share similar AC preferences, that would be very inconvenient.

Public Transportation: While there is a bus and a shuttle about a 4-minute walk away that brings you to the Biot train station, overall it felt inconvenient. I would have rather rented a car to explore all of the surrounding towns. If you miss the bus or shuttle, it could be a while before the next one comes. The bus also stops running around 7:40 pm, which makes any nighttime activities hard to plan unless you want to pay for rideshares. On Thursdays, the shuttle had later hours, but during the summer months, the trains are packed with people, so be prepared for very crowded and sweaty train rides. The Biot train station and shuttle/bus times didn’t align that well, so I found myself waiting often during transfers.

Location: While the house was very nice, the location felt isolated. The central part of the Biot town is about a 25-minute walk (lots of uphill). You can get there via the bus or shuttle. It’s a cute town but there isn’t much to do besides getting some groceries and checking out a few restaurants/shops. As someone who explored a lot of the French Riviera during my stay, I felt that my experience would have been much more convenient and different if I stayed in Nice or Cannes. If you prefer a very quiet, relaxing, homebody environment, then this is the place for you. If you’d rather be in the heart of the action and be closer to restaurants, shops, and beaches, a car would make life a lot easier, or staying in one of the other cities would be ideal.

Community: This coliving has fewer occupants than I’m used to at other colivings. If only one person stays in each room, there will only be six people. The accommodations next door were rented out instead of having more nomads stay, which I thought missed the mark, as having more nomads could have improved the overall community vibe. Also, there wasn’t as much emphasis on community outings/events as I’m used to in other colivings, which meant you need to be very proactive to get group activities planned.

Had an awesome stay here. Very hospitable couple and it has a beautiful, huge garden far away from traffic noise.
