For anyone seeking to find community while travelling and remote working, this coliving is the perfect mix of socialising, comfort and autonomy to work as you need to, in a fabulous, central location in the city. The hosts are wonderful and exceptionally patient and kind people who create a brilliant environment and pay fastidious attention to ensuring everyone feels comfortable and also that all the amenities are in great working order. These include AC and heating, which are actually rare in many parts of Europe, plus a working area with computer monitors (so helpful when spending long hours in front of a screen), TV, coffee machine, a kettle and a large enough kitchen. Everything is kept clean and the rooms are also cleaned once a week, which is a great touch! The other colivers are lovely and there is a meeting once a week to decide on activities together so one is never bored or alone unless one chooses to be. I stayed 3 months and had a wonderful time. It made for a great alternative to solo travel where finding community can take a lot more work and the activities in a group are so much fun. I have already been back once and am sure I will be back again! 🥰

I had an amazing stay at this host's Nice coliving in March 2026 - the spaces and overall experience completely exceeded my expectations! The location was incredible: it was so easy to get to the beach, explore different parts of Nice, and even visit neighbouring cities by train.

The community was also wonderful. The median coliving age is people in their 30s; as someone in my early 20s, I still felt very welcome. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and easy to connect with. We all had a great time together!

Would absolutely recommend this host to anyone looking for a comfortable, social, and well-located coliving experience in the south of France!

I stayed at the apartment for a month and had a great experience. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk to the nearby historic district — and very central to everything you might need, including grocery stores, restaurants, and the train station.

The apartment is spacious, with usually only 4–5 people there at a time. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and despite being on a somewhat busy street, the double-paned windows kept the apartment quiet and peaceful.

The hosts were amazing. They held weekly family meetings, organized outings for the group, and were always open to feedback and looking for ways to improve the experience. They were also incredibly helpful in helping me get familiar with the city so I could make the most of my time there.

I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this host. I would absolutely stay there again, either at this location or at one of the future pop-ups they’re planning.

I had an amazing month at the coliving! The villa is lovely - even better than I was expecting. I loved being able to work from the garden, and the jacuzzi, sauna, massage chair, and outdoor gym were some extra touches that I really appreciated. The staff are the best and really care about building a community; making sure everyone is having a good time and organizing group activities. The villa is well-equipped and maintained, super clean, and in a calm and quiet location - perfect for a winter escape and exploring all that the beautiful Côte d’Azur has to offer.

It's been my first time at a coliving and I think that I've definitely hit the jackpot! The villa is amazing, so clean, and well maintained. The staff are so thoughtful, providing towels, tea, coffee, and food basics. Both my dog Moose and I have felt super welcome, included, and cared for, and the staff go above and beyond with many little caring touches! Surprise pancakes and flowers on International Women's Day and many other really lovely gestures. I've met such lovely international people; there are many things to do if you want the option, and equally you can be independent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this coliving, as both the staff and volunteers have been incredible!

I had an incredible experience at the coliving; it truly exceeded my expectations. I stayed at the villa in Biot, and the place is much bigger than it looks in the photos. There’s a pool, a large garden with different areas to hang out, a sauna, a coworking space, a massage chair, laundry facilities, a super well-equipped kitchen, and excellent Wi-Fi; it has everything you need!

On top of that, the staff are exceptional people who genuinely care about the community. There are always activities to join, and during my time there, I explored many towns in the south of France with them while making amazing friends💕

If your priority is community, space, peace, and the pool! I highly recommend the villa in Biot. But if you’re more into travel and nightlife, the Nice apartments are the better fit:)

Overall, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had as a traveler—a perfect balance of comfort, community, and adventure. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels like home while exploring the Riviera.🌊
