It was an amazing experience with the coliving!
I met great people and listened to fantastic ideas and projects! Also, the location was on point for my morning run next to the sea! I will definitely come back!
Big thank you to the happiness officer for being very helpful and nice, taking care of the community and creating a fantastic atmosphere for everyone in the coliving! 🙏
Really enjoyed my stay here. Spacious and clean. Interesting guests from all over the world. The people who work there are kind. Would happily go back.
I spent 8 months at a coliving and had a very good experience! The coliving is comfortable, well-located, and makes daily life very easy.
From the first day, I felt at home, especially thanks to the community and a staff member who has a super positive energy and is always attentive to ensure that everyone feels good and part of the group 🤩🤩
The facilities are amazing, very well kept and always clean. *** does a wonderful job keeping the whole villa shining. The location is also great, very well connected to the city centre and to Santa Catalina, an area with lots of bars and restaurants.
My room was on a different floor from the shared bathroom, which is something I would have appreciated knowing in advance. That said, I got used to it eventually and it wasn’t a problem in the end.
Overall, my experience has been very positive. At the same time, there are a few areas that I think could be improved, based on my past coliving experiences:
- I felt there could have been more effort from the management side to build a sense of community. The weekly agenda was mainly organized by the guests themselves, whereas I would usually expect more initiative from the management side, especially considering the price point.
- The website mentions yoga classes 2–3 times per week, but unfortunately that wasn’t offered during my stay. This is something I usually look for when choosing where to stay, so it was a bit disappointing.
- The pool and garden area have a lot of potential, but the mosquitoes made it hard to enjoy them most of the time. It’s such a beautiful part of the villa that I think it would be worth finding a way to address this.
- I was surprised nobody was there to check me in or give a quick tour of the villa when I arrived. While self check-in can be convenient for late or early arrivals, I arrived at 4pm on a weekday, so I had expected someone to be available.
I spent a month here and absolutely loved it. I made a lot of great connections and was still able to fully focus on my work. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Great place and had an awesome time!! Biggest shout out to the staff, they bring light to the house
It was my first coliving experience, and I have to admit it was the best! It has set a high standard for the next places to come, and this is why:
The people: First off, I had a chat with a co-founder, and they set an amazing tone by being super cool, chill, and friendly. Always willing to help and looking for a way to support in making my stay as amazing as possible. Next up, we have the happiness manager—and oh boy, did she do a great job! She’s a real hype person and brings positivity into the space quickly! They also have community days where you plan activities with your housemates and neighboring houses.
The location: It’s close to the hotspot (not central) but easy to get to the center from there. To be honest, you also don’t want to be constantly in the center if you’re working a lot. But it’s a perfect location to get to the harbor (especially if you book boat rides), and there’s a supermarket 5 minutes away and a bus stop that takes you directly to the nearest beaches. There are also a couple of gyms nearby, like Viding Aiguablava.
The villa: I stayed in a villa, which had great WiFi, amenities, and basically all the basic and more than basic stuff that you need, like towels, mosquito repellent, sunscreen, board games, beach tools, books, kitchen utensils, and okay coffee. Well equipped and laid out! The pool is a little small but great to get refreshed!
The community: The people are all amazing, and we had a blast in our villa almost every day! I must admit, for first-timers, the key is to be proactive and ask/invite. Don’t wait for people to come to you; be open to asking and inviting people to do stuff because everyone is down to do things but maybe doesn’t have time to plan or think ahead because of work. I found that the more I asked people who wanted to do activities together, the more people joined and were willing, making the experience even more magical.
Thank you for the wonderful time in the coliving! I felt at home and welcomed from the first moment to the last “see you later” :) I’ll cherish the great people I have met and the experiences. The house is beautiful in a nice area and everything you need you will find. The staff is there to support and talk to and make your day :) truly can recommend this experience, so keep building community and making it a place that feels at home.
Absolutely loved my month at this coliving in Mallorca! 🥰
From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed and at home thanks to the amazing hospitality. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel like part of the community. I enjoyed connecting with other awesome people and taking part in various activities.
The location is perfect, making it super easy to visit Palma and hit the beach whenever I wanted. The coworking space had everything I needed, and I was so productive – time flew by!
I had an unforgettable experience and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend! 😄
I spent 6 wonderful weeks in the coliving. The Happiness Officer is doing a great job to make everyone feel part of the community. The house is clean, spacious, and located only 20-30 min walking distance to the center. I can definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a great community ☺️
