Port House Shibuya

The location is great, very close to the station, and the bedding was really nice. It was the most comfortable mattress I used in Japan.

The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. The facilities are great, and the rooms are mostly okay. We did have an issue with the sink, but it seemed to be an isolated incident. The AC works well, although its positioning can be a bit uncomfortable at night, as it blows directly on at least one person. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city center, and there's a convenient transit stop nearby.

What I liked the most:

1. Cleanliness - The entire place was very neat.
2. Wi-Fi - The speed was fast.
3. Bathroom - The shower pressure was strong.

Considering it's Japan, I expected it to be a bit small, but overall, I was very satisfied with this place. It takes about 10 minutes from Shinjuku Station using the Keio Line. I definitely intend to visit again!

Daichi was incredibly accommodating with all the questions I had before and during my stay. He's very responsive and takes the time to check in when you run into him. Thank you for making my stay here a great one—I will definitely recommend this place to friends traveling to Tokyo.

Everything is good except there is a strong cooking smell between 7:00 PM and 11:00 PM in my room, even though there is an air filtering system.

The place is cozy, though a bit small. It's quite comfortable if you're staying alone, but it can feel a bit cramped with two people. The location is incredibly convenient, just under 100 meters from the metro station, making it easy to get around.

The location and accommodation are great. This place has everything you need and offers a lot of privacy. It's super close to the subway station and also near major spots like Shinjuku Station and Yoyogi Park. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location with easy access to the rest of Tokyo. The rooms are clean and comfortable too.

The service here was so nice! The beds are incredibly comfortable, and everything we needed was provided.

We were looking for a place to stay and couldn't find one, but the owner saved us at the last minute and gave us a room. The place is very quiet, clean, and close to the Hatagaya station. The owner speaks English and is very helpful. We'll definitely come again on our next trip.
