Port House Shibuya

I found this place perfect for a seamless check-in and check-out experience, with convenient self-serve luggage storage. I once accidentally dropped an earring down the sink, and the staff was incredibly helpful in retrieving it for me. I also stayed at another location, and I can say that both options are solid. It is conveniently located close to the station. The entire coliving is clean and easy to use, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. The room is compact, but everything I needed was provided, making for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and kind. I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.

Very big room compared to other places I stayed in Japan.
Good amenities, close to station and Shibuya.
Good food nearby.
Very good deal for the price.

The location is good, and there is enough space to open a suitcase. There are many hangers, which is great.
The hair dryer is not small but rather large, so it works well.
However, the price is really good.
The only downside is that check-in is from 4 PM? Other than that, it's good.

I stayed for 2 nights, it was very clean and well located. The check-in was done autonomously, but the staff was still there to help me. The room and common space were clean, it was a good value for money, I recommend.

I had a good experience here, but please remember to close the bathroom door when you shower.

Stayed here for two weeks and I can’t recommend it enough. For the price, you can’t ask for more. Clean private room & bathroom, nice common space & amenities, fairly quiet. The bed & pillows are extremely comfortable. Also, the location is excellent - a 3-minute walk from the metro which gets you to Shinjuku in under 5 mins.

Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The place was easy to find, and the staff was very responsive and easy to reach. It's a small space, but it has everything you need — perfect if you're a low-fuss minimalist looking to save money. The bedding was surprisingly comfortable, and the location is super convenient, close to public transit and grocery stores. Would definitely recommend!

It's right by the station, so it's easy to get on the subway and get around. Very decent for the price, and the common room is pretty nice, with a fridge and stove. The rooms were clean, and the beds were nice. The bathroom was cramped, but it does the job. Overall, a great place, especially if you’re going to be out a lot and only need a comfy place to sleep and store your souvenirs.
