About Sharies
Since March 2017, Sharies has developed a new way of living through urban spaces that bring people together. Specially designed for people looking for a unique housing experience, Sharies provides "Plug & Play" accommodations. Our community has access to shared living spaces, with multiple services such as a fully-equipped gym, wellness area, event spaces for workshops or conferences, roof terrace, concierge service, and much more.
Living areas are supported by active co-working areas, open to anyone who wants to study or work in a flexible and customizable way while having a drink in a nice and cozy coffee shop.
More than just a building, the Sharies ecosystem goes far beyond sharing common space. We incentivize our members to share their values and experiences, through the emergence of a real community and the organization of regular events.

I moved out of the property over two months ago, and I still haven't received my deposit refund or the reimbursement for a double charge that was made by mistake. Despite multiple follow-ups, I've received no response at all. I even visited the offices in person to speak with someone directly, but the lack of responsiveness and consideration was disappointing. I would advise against using their services until they significantly improve how they manage move-outs and refunds.
This is one of the best coliving places I've lived in. High quality apartments, amazing facilities, and a staff that listens and is available for you. Thanks to the team.
Very good experience! Rooms and common areas are clean and modern, decorated with a lot of taste. The managers of the coliving are very friendly and easily reachable in case of problems 👍
I stayed here for 4 months (Sept - Dec '23) during my semester abroad in Paris and personally had a great stay. The residence manager was almost always available (during emergency inquiries) and helpful throughout my stay there. The room was well equipped with beds, wardrobes, table, lights, etc. and most importantly, had great privacy with an attached bathroom + wc. I would definitely recommend other students/working professionals to stay at this coliving.
This coliving is a great place for students and young professionals! Especially those on a short-term stay. Had the best time staying here for half a year and made the best of friends. The in-house cafe, gym, laundry room, and cinema room are fantastic. The managers are great and always a phone call away. Enjoyed their monthly events for residents to interact! (If you stay here in the winter, you can get a view of La Tour Eiffel from certain apartments!)
I had a frustrating experience at one of the locations in Paris. I left in June 2025 and still have not received my deposit back. Even though I only stayed for a month, I was required to pay a deposit exceeding the monthly rent. The host claimed it was due to not having an EU bank account, which seemed unreasonable. I had to make all my payments via wire transfer, so I don't understand why they couldn't do the same for returning my deposit.
