I had a good time in Nancy and overall enjoyed this experience. However, the social aspect was somewhat lacking. For instance, there was a movie night that no one attended, and over the course of a month, there were only two group events. I understand that the social dynamics can vary depending on the current guests, but I do wish there was a stronger culture of group activities, with something organized at least weekly.

I considered extending my stay, but there were some issues with communication that made it complicated. It might have been a language barrier. I found Alexis, the manager, to be very helpful, so it seemed like the challenges mostly came from elsewhere in the team.

Overall, it's a convenient place to stay, with nice rooms. However, those looking for a digital nomad community might find it lacking. It's an excellent option for students needing dormitory accommodations!

I absolutely love this coliving and workspace located just outside the main area. It's easily accessible by bus or train, making my commute a breeze. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, thanks to the hosts, Lea and Arthur, who are always smiling and ready to listen. A bonus point for me is that I can occasionally bring my dog along, which is a nice touch.

6 months in this coliving on rue du Fort. An excellent experience, the house is well equipped, clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere in the house is also very nice!

I highly recommend the coliving experience at this location! I spent 6 months here and it was fantastic. The house is modern, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need. A cleaning service comes twice a week to keep the place clean. Additionally, there are fun events organized by the coliving community such as game nights, drinks, and yoga which provide great opportunities to meet new people. Overall, this was an excellent value for money in Brussels. Thank you to the host for a wonderful stay! ❤️

My stay was well managed with excellent services. The team was outstanding.

Lovely apartments with everything you need in a great location. You only need to come with your luggage as everything is already there. The team is super responsive and it was perfect to live in for several months. Would recommend to all students, expats or interns coming to the city!
