For everyone who is new to Chicago and looking for a cool place to live, I highly recommend moving to a coliving space. The community is amazing; you will never feel alone or unwanted.
Also, the location is super convenient, with easy access to the city center and to O'Hare airport. Logan Square is the perfect neighborhood if you are looking for bars, restaurants, or cute cafés.
All in all, I would move in again immediately to live, party, and have a good time there.
I had a great experience staying here. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly, making it easy to connect with others. The facilities were well-maintained and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the communal spaces, which were perfect for working and socializing. Overall, I highly recommend this coliving for anyone looking for a positive and collaborative environment.
The coliving was the best decision I have ever made in Chicago. Trust me, it's not a sketchy place at all, as I was worried in the beginning! The place absolutely comes with everything you need and many other treats on top of that. You will be meeting many people and making valuable memories -- highly recommend!!!!
I lived here - a surprisingly great couple of months!
Wouldn't want to pick anywhere else in Chicago to make quick new friends and enjoy this wonderful town.
While looking for a place in Chicago to call home for a short time, I stumbled upon a coliving. On short notice of finding a half-year internship, I promptly applied. Within a couple of days, I signed the lease for what I thought was just a room in the coliving's Francis House. A few weeks later, I arrived in Chicago with a car full of my belongings and no familiar faces. Within a week of adapting to the new environment, I found myself to be a part of a positive and lively community. Over the next 6 months in Chicago, I made friends from all over and created memories that will last a lifetime. I can easily credit a great deal of this to being a part of the community built by the coliving. If you're looking for somewhere that's more than just a place to live, I personally recommend joining the family!
While moving back to Chicago from out of state, I needed a place to live while apartment hunting and came across a coliving option from a friend's recommendation. I had a wonderful meeting where we discussed where I would best fit and be comfortable for the duration of my stay. I stayed in one of their places for about a month. It was clean, comfortable, and a wonderful experience meeting new people who have now become friends of mine in the city. I definitely recommend and also support their constant efforts to provide a safe and LGBTQ-friendly lodging in Chicago, especially being a woman!
I can highly recommend this coliving community for young people who want to do their internship, students, or just to spend a summer in this beautiful city! (Especially for students from abroad) The community is like a family :) The houses are really nice! Very good connection through public transportation! If you’re looking for a great place, finding friends for life, you’ve got it.
I had an amazing experience here. It was truly top-notch. I'm really grateful to the person who told us about this place. You rock!
Living at Francis house was an incredible, life-changing experience. I had never been to Chicago before and I arrived without knowing anyone. Walking through the front door, it felt like I had found this magical house of people from all over the world who were just as excited as I was to explore the city.
It makes a huge difference to have a supportive community like that when you’ve arrived in an unfamiliar place. I was struggling to find a furnished room with a flexible lease before I found Francis house. Moving in was easy. I showed up with two suitcases and didn't have to worry about buying anything except groceries.
The house is a five-minute walk to the California stop on the Blue Line train, which takes you directly downtown or to the airport. Logan Square is full of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and in the summer, there are street festivals and a weekly outdoor farmers market. It's a great neighborhood to live in as a young professional.
I can't imagine what my experience in Chicago would have been like if I didn't live here. If you like meeting new people and you're ready to make unforgettable memories, definitely move into any of the co-living houses.
For any young professionals that are coming to Chicago, I would highly recommend this coliving! It's another family you make in a new city, and it has been so much fun living here
