I spent one month in this coliving space. The house is cool, there is a great living area and kitchen! The bedrooms are nice too with a lot of light!
The Neighborhood is great with lots of cafés and the blue line is really closed to get a train!
Yazan is a really nice host and reactive if you need anything!
I recommend this place.
Subletinn is a great community and an excellent option for those moving into Chicago with limited connections! I lived at the Armitage location last summer and enjoyed my experience. It is a great opportunity to make friends and make your move into Chicago comfortable. I highly recommend!
Subletinn stands out with an unique, community-driven living experience that exceeded all my expectations. The houses at Francis and Armitage are centrally located in Logan Square with easy access to the blue line as well as to a wide range of restaurants, bars and other services. Management goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome in this amazing community. Great option for young professionals, interns, and students. I would definitely recommend it.
It was taking me forever to find a place in Chicago that wasn't a year long lease and was furnished. I was about to give up and live in an empty living room with no amenities when I found SubletInn. They accommodated EVERYTHING I was looking for and topped it all off with an incredibly secure and easy leasing process. Then actually living there was incredible. My own room, closet, bed and desk- amazing. Plenty of kitchen soace and bathrooms and the living room was so so sooo … See more
While looking for a place in Chicago to call home for a short time, I stumbled upon SubletInn. On short notice of finding a half-year internship, I promptly applied. Within a couple days, I signed the lease for what I thought was just a room in SubletInn's, Francis House. A few weeks later I arrived in Chicago with a car full of my belongings and no familiar faces. Within a week of adapting to the new environment, I found myself to be a part of a positive and lively community… See more
I first moved to Chicago for an internship with In These Times magazine out of college. I didn’t know anyone and I had never been to Chicago. I found Sublettinn through craigslist and I signed a lease for 3 months at Francis Place. Little did I know that 3 months would turn in to the best two years of my life. Francis is located in one of the most fun and young neighborhoods of Chicago in Logan Square. Living in Francis for 2 years I made friends for life from all around the world.
Living at SubletInn after moving to Chicago was hands-down the best choice I made. The neighborhood location is great and the house is close to the train. SubletInn made it easy to make friends and meet people in a new city, and the community at the house was incredible.
The house is well maintained and Edgar (the landlord) is always working hard to make sure the tenants are living in a good space. I would recommend SubletInn to anyone moving to Chicago and looking for a gre… See more
I have to admit that I was not sure of living in a place with many people, but I decided to try and ended up being a great coliving experience. I met people from different countries, improved my English and laughed a lot. The place offers flexible stays so it is really helpful for people who do not stay long term in Chicago. If you are looking to meet new people and live in a kind of community then that is your place. Thank you for everything, regards from Barcelona
I lived in Francis House about 2 years ago when a hiatus and change of career plans led me to re-evaluate my priorities. SubletInn provided me with exactly what I needed at the time: a flexible share house experience with an eclectic, friendly group of people to call friends and family. I had never lived in a dormitory or communal space with a large group of people, and it was definitely a realm worth exploring. If you want to try out a unique living arrangement that will hel… See more
I stayed at Francis Place in the summer of 2015 and really did enjoy my time! There was a constant influx of new people who were just as passionate about there career paths and even more thrilled to be in an entirely different environament. Using the kitchen could be quite the hassle; however, no one was ever really in the house between mid-day to late due to adventuring Chicago. It is very convenient and I highly recommend people to check it out if you are in to meeting new … See more
