Subletinn stands out with an unique, community-driven living experience that exceeded all my expectations. The houses at Francis and Armitage are centrally located in Logan Square with easy access to the blue line as well as to a wide range of restaurants, bars and other services. Management goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome in this amazing community. Great option for young professionals, interns, and students. I would definitely recommend it.
I first moved to Chicago for an internship with In These Times magazine out of college. I didn’t know anyone and I had never been to Chicago. I found Sublettinn through craigslist and I signed a lease for 3 months at Francis Place. Little did I know that 3 months would turn in to the best two years of my life. Francis is located in one of the most fun and young neighborhoods of Chicago in Logan Square. Living in Francis for 2 years I made friends for life from all around the world.
I have to admit that I was not sure of living in a place with many people, but I decided to try and ended up being a great coliving experience. I met people from different countries, improved my English and laughed a lot. The place offers flexible stays so it is really helpful for people who do not stay long term in Chicago. If you are looking to meet new people and live in a kind of community then that is your place. Thank you for everything, regards from Barcelona
I stayed in this cozy co-living location for 3 months during my summer internship. My time spent there was absolutely incredible! Being in a new city and having a group of friends right off the bat made the summer fun start immediately. The landlord is super friendly and really cares that you're comfortable and having a good time. If you're new to Chicago be sure to check out Francis House.
I stayed in this co-living space for 3 month this winter/spring (2018). It was the best 3 months i could have hoped for.
People were amazing, fun, positive and made my stay feel like home. Beside that the location is priceless if you are depending on public transportation. It is right next to the Blue Line that takes you to the airport and downtown. It is close to grocery stores, bars, restaurant and shops as well.
The best decision was to stay there - you get friends for life!
