I'm genuinely unsure how this listing remains active on the platform given the conditions and what happened.

I booked this unit for a two-month stay to live and work from. It was a deeply disappointing experience from day one. Wrong building access on arrival, no fan in the room, repeated electricity failures, and eventually a complete power outage that left me locked out of the apartment for two nights with no emergency contact available. The building and room locks depend on the unit's electricity and wifi, so with the power down I was stranded outside at night in Valencia in summer.

The host's response throughout was slow and deflective. Technicians came but did not fix the problem. When I asked to be moved to a working unit at my current rate I was refused. When compensation was agreed, it was later walked back.

I paid a monthly maintenance fee and received no maintenance. I paid for accommodation and spent weeks chasing basic utilities. I ended up paying for a coworking space to work from and a hotel when I was locked out.

Coliving.com's platform support was mixed, one agent was genuinely helpful, but the platform's inability to enforce host standards or intervene meaningfully was a recurring problem.

I would not recommend this host. If you work remotely, need reliable electricity, or expect basic habitability in summer heat, look elsewhere.

Would not recommend to stay here unfortunately. The place was dirty upon arrival. The maintenance and cleaning service was not living up to their promises (weekly cleaning was not always done and it was not done properly every time). Also, not everything what was mentioned was in the apartment. I did not have a diswasher, microwave, toilet paper, soap, and such, while it was indicated on the site this would be arranged. The building is old, ill-maintained and noisy. When I complained about severe noise disturbance, only after 8 or more times, the host actually took concrete steps. At that time, I was already almost leaving. Unfortunately, I cannot say my stay was pleasant and comfortable

Great roommates, horrific room and apartment

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. Furthermore, the location is surrounded by bars, making it completely unsuitable for anyone needing to study or work; it remains incredibly loud until 4:00 AM.

In late December, the heater stopped working, and the host did absolutely nothing to fix it. I was forced to buy my own heater because the temperature in my room dropped to 10°C. On top of that, the host is nearly impossible to reach, often responding with long delays.

To make matters worse, the host refused to return my security deposit. He cited a "rule" that was never mentioned in our contract or documentation. When I tried to dispute this, he simply stopped answering my messages.

I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. It is worth paying a bit more to find a comfortable place with a professional host. Do not stay here.

I spent a few days in the coliving, and the experience was satisfying. I would highlight the tranquility of the place and how comfortable it was for resting. The facilities are well maintained, and everything was orderly upon my arrival. The staff was respectful and willing to help when I needed it!!!

I am more than satisfied with the agency. I moved abroad three months ago, and from day one the agency has taken great care of me, especially someone who was always available to help with any questions I had. I consistently received quick responses.The entire process went relatively fast, and I was able to move into the coliving quickly. If you are currently looking, I would definitely recommend getting in touch with someone.Enjoy your time in Barcelona!

I stayed here for a month and had a great experience. The apartment was modern, quiet, and well-organized. The host was always available and friendly, ready to help with any questions I had. Everything was transparent from start to finish.
