Located on Isla Bastimentos, Red Frog Beach is one of the most beautiful and famous beaches in Panama — known for its crystal-clear waters, soft golden sand, and the tropical rainforest that meets the shore. Accessible by a short boat ride from Bocas Town, this unspoiled paradise is part of the Bastimentos National Marine Park, home to vibrant coral reefs, exotic wildlife, and world-class snorkeling.
