Our community is housed in a fully renovated early 20th-century modernist building. There are 31 beds, elevator access, and an amazing communal rooftop. There is even a large communal space at street level that will be ready in fall 2020 and will feature coworking space, lounge, and more. All units are furnished with the essentials and equipped for you to move-in.

- Your Own Suite
We offer three different types of suites across our shared units. Suites are available with either a private or a shared bathroom.

- Cleaning included
We offer weekly cleaning of all private and communal spaces. Rent includes bed-linen and towels that are cleaned and changed on a weekly basis.

- The kitchen and living room is not just private, we shared the common areas.

Conveniently located in the heart of Eixample, you’ll be able to reach most of the city by foot. In just a short walk from the building, you'll find the Sagrada Familia, Arc de Triomf, or an amazing terrace in Paseo San Juan. The area is well connected by public transportation whether your transportation of choice is metro, bus, or biking. Commuting for work? The building is located close to both the Poblenou and 22@ districts, the center of Barcelona's tech scene.

Pets are not allowed in Coliving apartments (shared flat) but we are pet friendly in Private Apartments.

Couples are not allowed in the Coliving apartments (shared flats). If you're renting a Private Apartment with a friend, rent cannot be split as the monthly rent needs to be paid entirely.

Your roommates will be students or professionals around the same age with similar interests.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

We kindly ask that visitors stay no more than 7 nights per month to maintain the integrity of the coliving experience. Open communication with your roommates and our team is encouraged if you need to make any special arrangements.
