Our community is housed in a fully renovated early 20th-century modernist building. There are 31 beds, elevator access, and an amazing communal rooftop. There is even a large communal space at street level that will be ready in fall 2020 and will feature coworking space, lounge, and more. All units are furnished with the essentials and equipped for you to move-in.

We offer three different types of suites across our shared units. Suites are available with either a private or a shared bathroom.

- Cleaning included
We offer weekly cleaning of all private and communal spaces. Rent includes bed-linen and towels that are cleaned and changed on a weekly basis.

- The kitchen and living room is not just private, we shared the common areas.

The building is located close to both the Poblenou and 22@ districts, the center of Barcelona's tech scene.

Will I have privacy?

The entrance to the community, the apartment, and the room have automatic card access locks that allow the tenant to have his/her privacy even if he/she is in a shared apartment.

While we don't have a specific credit score requirement, we recommend that your monthly rent not exceed 40% of your income. This guideline helps ensure that you can comfortably manage your living expenses while maintaining financial security. When/how will you refund my security deposit?

We understand that the security deposit is an important aspect of your living experience. Rest assured, we aim to process the refund in a timely manner. Typically, security deposits are returned within 30 days from the date of your departure, provided that everything is in order after the inspection of the premises. Our team will carefully assess the condition of the space to ensure there are no damages or outstanding charges. If everything checks out, we will promptly refund your security deposit. Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Visitors are allowed, both during the day and at night, as long as it doesn't inconvenience your roommates. We kindly ask that visitors stay no more than 7 nights per month to maintain the integrity of the coliving experience. Open communication with your roommates and our team is encouraged if you need to make any special arrangements.
Are service and emotional support animals allowed?

No, they are not allowed.

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?

Absolutely! If you're not satisfied with your current room, we have an internal room change request program for our residents. However, please note that there is a transfer fee of 100€ to cover operational costs associated with the change. Our team will be happy to assist you with the process and provide more information.
