Saipem - Candolim

Saipem is a very centrally located Village that is part of Candolim in Goa. Considered to be an upmarket Village, and full of large and beautiful Properties, with some Villa tracing their heritage to the Portuguese occupation of Goa till 1961. While it has remained mostly untouched by commercialization all around, it is never too far from the parties, shopping, or just a stroll on some of the beautiful beaches in Goa.

- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Renters Terms.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

Are pets allowed?

There are no pets allowed at the house in Saligaon. And this is not because we don't like pets. In fact, we love them. But we believe that the house is not suitable for our furry friends, as they require more space to move around than is available. The house at Saipem is completely pet-friendly, though!
Are couples allowed? Can I split the rent with a friend?

Yes, of course, you can split the rent with a friend also.
Are there separate work areas in the coliving space?

Step out into the garden, chill on the hammocks, use the dining area or just walk up to the terrace coworking area...... plenty of spaces to hang out even when you are working... and it's so silent... all you will hear is the birds and the wind rustling the leaves...
Who are my roommates?

Only one of the rooms is a shared room.... rest are private!!... and even when you decide to live in the shared room, we are pretty sure you will get along with your fellow digital nomad
Will I have privacy?

You will enjoy privacy in all our studios. Besides that, you will also have your privacy in the shared areas, where you might enjoy a good book or a cup of coffee.
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

Yes, of course, you can split the rent with a friend also.
Is there a designated space for work?

The Saligaon house has a lot of spaces to work from besides the workdesks in your private studios. You can work by the pool; there is a designated cowork space; you could work from the lounge or even the kitchen while your co-livers cook up a meal. Stable wifi is available throughout the house..
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

All studios are private, and we are created and curated for slow travelers, digital nomads, and WFH professionals. You will meet likeminded professionals from India and all over the world here.
