We conduct a thorough approval process, including background and credit checks. You can find the application link once the booking is generated, with a non-refundable fee of $59 and a refundable $500 holding deposit within 72 hours of applying. We look for a minimum credit score of 650+ and a monthly income at least 2.5 times the rent. If you don't meet these criteria, we can explore options with a cosigner/guarantor.

  • Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members.     Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully.
  • We do allow pets in select units! There is a breed restriction and guidelines that must be met.
  • We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.
    Please note that there is a $300 additional charge per person.
  • You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.
  • Our team members are well-versed in the demographic makeup of each coliving unit. They will ask questions to understand your preferences and expectations for suitemates which helps create a suitable living arrangement.
  • Booking
  • Note that there is an application process. We require a minimum of a 650+ credit score; however, this is not the only factor to take into account when accepting your application. If you do not meet this guideline, we can still consider it. The fee is $59 and non-refundable. The $500 holding deposit is refundable within 72 hours.
  • We will process a background check and we will evaluate credit scores, prior rental history, and income must at a minimum be 2.5x the monthly rent.
  • Please contact our management team as this will vary depending on other bookings and schedules.
  • A $500 admin fee will be assessed for shortening stay and you are rent responsible until someone leases the suite. Extensions are available and will need to be evaluated by our management team.

  • There are House Rules that outline visitor guidelines.
  • Additional occupants are allowed for $300 extra per person.
  • By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious:
    1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and
    2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
    We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs and pets whose sole function is only to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA, and will not be allowed.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.

  • On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
  • It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

  • We require that you have renters insurance. Otherwise, the usual cost of your food, possessions, transit, etc., is your own.
  • The common areas are fully furnished. Bedrooms are furnished with a queen mattress and bedframe, nightstand, lamp, and mirror.
