What information do I need to supply for the application?We collect several documents: - proof of identity (French identity card or passport for foreigners) - Proof of activity (payslips, employment contract, company Kbis or study certificate) - Proof of income (tax return, pay slips) Depending on your situation, you may be asked to provide a guarantor.

Do you accept co-signers?As the tenant of an apartment, you will sign an individual furnished rental contract. This must be signed electronically. You can terminate your contract by giving one month's notice.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?Temporary accommodation of a third party in your private space is possible, but may not exceed 7 consecutive days in any one month. The agreement of the other tenants is also required. However, it is not possible to obtain access for a third party. Any damage, even if caused by a third party, will be charged to the leaseholder's security deposit.
