As a Coliver, you are cordially invited to enter our exquisitely curated space, which is furnished with all the necessary items to ensure a comfortable sojourn. Six private and two shared rooms are available. In addition to the fully-equipped kitchen, our exceptional chef, Miriam, is available to provide culinary services wherein she sources seasonal, fresh ingredients to curate delectable, nourishing buffet-style meals.

Moreover, a splendid living room overlooking the pool and garden area awaits your guests, where you are welcome to unwind in comfort. The expansive dining room provides sufficient space for visitors to share a meal together. You may also choose to dine or work from one of the outdoor tables and seating areas when the weather is mild and sunny.

Aside from that, the outdoor area features a jacuzzi, a pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a vegetable garden, where those who are interested in horticulture may do so without restriction.

As we are also a yoga school, the Shala is a lovely space where you can engage in self-practice, instruct, or attend classes while undergoing training.

For those arriving by car, parking is available on our premises.

The rental fee encompasses the use of the washing machine and internet access for your convenience. Bedsheets are provided by our establishment. Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas only.

Because we are also a yoga school, we are looking for people who share our passion for living a conscious life. Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Residents Terms.

Can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
What if the place is not as advertised?

Yes, but check first, as we want to make sure that if there is more than one animal at a time, there is no conflict between them.
Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?

Generally, we suggest no alcohol, as we are a yoga center as well. But if, at the moment, there is no training and there is always moderate consumption, it can be allowed

Can I get picked up/dropped off at the airport?

We can pick you up at the bus station in Palamos (there is a bus from the airport and from Barcelona Center).
We can also organize a pick-up, for which the price is 200 euros.
Can I book additional cleaning?

Yes, if you wish to have your room or bathroom cleaned by us, it's 20 euros.
Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?

Yes, there is a kitchen outdoors and a barbecue that you can use with a fridge, freezer, stove, and oven.

Can I work in the communal area?

Yes, there is a sofa area, many tables outside, and tables in the living room.
Do I have to clean the room when I move out?

No, however, please don't use the room as a bin to leave behind a big mess.
Do you have storage space for my stuff/luggage?

some of the rooms are very large and have big wardrobes.

yes, there is someone who will be there most of the days, and you'll have someone to call in case of a problem.
