As a Coliver, you are cordially invited to enter our exquisitely curated space, which is furnished with all the necessary items to ensure a comfortable sojourn. Six private and two shared rooms are available. In addition to the fully-equipped kitchen, our exceptional chef, Miriam, is available to provide culinary services wherein she sources seasonal, fresh ingredients to curate delectable, nourishing buffet-style meals.

Moreover, a splendid living room overlooking the pool and garden area awaits your guests, where you are welcome to unwind in comfort. The expansive dining room provides sufficient space for visitors to share a meal together. You may also choose to dine or work from one of the outdoor tables and seating areas when the weather is mild and sunny.

Aside from that, the outdoor area features a jacuzzi, a pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a vegetable garden, where those who are interested in horticulture may do so without restriction.

As we are also a yoga school, the Shala is a lovely space where you can engage in self-practice, instruct, or attend classes while undergoing training.

For those arriving by car, parking is available on our premises.

The rental fee encompasses the use of the washing machine and internet access for your convenience. Bedsheets are provided by our establishment. Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas only.

  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
  - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
- Ask for availability to move in and out with more time.
- You can extend your stay if there is availability.
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

- Always check before, as per the capacity of the house; some times it might be available and other times it is not (the government limits how many people can sleep in the house).
- Generally, we suggest no alcohol, as we are a yoga center as well. But if, at the moment, there is no training and there is always moderate consumption, it can be allowed
