We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.

Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.

Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll discover a variety of excellent, budget-friendly restaurants to explore.

Even though our location is good if you'd like to walk or bike, it's a short distance to the bus station.

You can take a taxi or bus to Quito Airport, it's 3 hours drive from our Coliving.

To keep you and your friends entertained, you may find all kinds of adventure activities and SPA.
