Our coliving is in the middle of nature, surrounded by the sound of birds and the fresh mountain air. The facilities are equipped to have the right temperature in both winter and summer. The common areas are designed to share these special moments with the rest of the colivers while the rooms are individual with a private bathroom to maintain the privacy of each member.
We also continue to work to create new spaces both inside and outside the house, relaxation areas such as chill-out or spaces where we can be more productive.

Our closest neighbors are people who have been dedicated to the field all their lives, they are humble people very excited that diverse people come to give value to the area. The village called Culla retains its medieval historical case, is located over 1000m and the views are stunning. On the other hand, there are collaborating companies that offer their adventure and mountain sports services. In addition, less than an hour away is the highest mountain in the Valencian community to be able to do routes on foot, on horseback or by bike, rivers with turquoise water rafts for swimming or rafting, or the beaches of the Costa de Azahar. Sea and mountain near you.

  • Yes. Rooms are private and not shared, you can retreat to your room whenever you want. The office spaces are communal, however there are some quiet rooms reserved for those with virtual meetings to avoid disturbing others & for privacy.

  • We offer a discounted rate for those sharing a room/bed. Per month the cost is ~70% cheaper than separate rooms, per week the cost is ~25% cheaper than separate rooms.
  • Yes, there are several! The main living room area has a long desk (seats 8 persons), two tables (each seating 2-3 persons), and a large couch (seats ~8). There is plenty of seating available for working in the dining area (table seats 12, counter seats 3), and there are two small offices with desks/bean bag chairs for work meetings.

    The hallways also each have a desk where one can go if they find the need for an isolate workplace.

  • The location is quite remote, however we have made arrangements with establishments in the village of Culla nearby where deliveries can be sent to.
  • Wine and beers are provided by us at a small cost which can be paid to the manager - if you take a drink you can keep track of it in the communal tally tracking system.

  • Food! Everyone pays a set price for groceries on a weekly basis - this price fluctuates from 60-75 euros depending on the season as produce is locally sourced.

  • Yes! Adventure sports can be done in the area with partner companies. Depending on the days you come, we will show you the activities on those days, the most frequent are trekking, kayaking, canyoning, caving and climbing.
    On the other hand, there are on-site activities on demand, such as yoga, horticulture workshops among others.
