Facilities: 2000 m2 of land, a 500 m2 villa, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor coworking spaces, a meeting room, chillout areas, a rooftop terrace, a swimming pool, a BBQ area, a vegetable patch, and free on-street parking.
Activities: concerts, comedy nights, hiking, language exchanges, yoga, meditation, excursions, workouts, cooking workshops, carpentry workshops, garden workshops, pop-up events, movie nights, game nights, wine tasting, coffee tasting, tapas tours, etc.

Phillip, your host, is a young entrepreneur who arranges epic treks with local musicians that include acoustic concerts on regional mountain summits, as well as an English/Spanish language exchange with the goal of getting to know people, ideas, and places in Valencia better. He has also just recently acquired the famous underground jazz bar "La Vitti", so you will have VIP access to all the concerts and events organised at this well-known venue!

Unfortunately not. Your host has a 14-year-old dog, Nana, and a young cat, Asya, and the property owners don´t want any more animals.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen our staff and residents; we provide 24-hour security with a local, patrolling, and private residential security company that, in case of an emergency, comes to the house in less than 5 minutes; and CCTV cameras are installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.
With just a few minutes of walking, you have a selection of good restaurants that we will happily guide you to.
La Cañada metro station is 1.5 km away (20-minute walk or 6-minute bike ride).
