Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.
Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
Are kids allowed?

As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other co-livers and you. So, it’s a no.
Are service and emotional support animals allowed?

We do not accept pets.
By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious:
1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and
2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?

Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, we can see if there's that possibility; however, you'll be charged an additional room cleaning fee.
Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Can I receive post/mail to the property?

What are the quiet hours?

Our quiet hours are from 11 PM to 9 AM. We kindly ask all guests to respect this period to ensure a peaceful and restful environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation

We offer a maximum of 6 private rooms, accommodating up to 12 people, along with 1 dormitory, at half capacity.

Yes. The community manager is responsible for maintaining a good atmosphere in the house and the well-being of the members.

For added security and guest privacy, our doors are locked from the outside and can only be accessed with a personalized code. This ensures that only authorized individuals have entry, enhancing the safety and peace of mind of our guests during their stay.

We take your safety very seriously. The last thing we want is to have a reputation for not being a safe place to stay. We screen both our staff and residents, provide 24-hour security and CCTV cameras are usually installed. Plus, you have people in the house practically 24 hours a day.
