Check-out is at 11, but you can use the common areas until your hour of departure. We value your comfort and aim to make your stay at our destination as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

  • Guests are allowed in the visiting area but NOT in the bedrooms. Strictly no guests overnight.
    Be aware that we can assume no liability for your guests or their possessions.
  • As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other co-livers and you. So, it’s a no.
  • We do not accept pets.
    By law, we allow service dogs. Our staff is allowed to ask two questions to determine what service the animal provides if it's not obvious:
    1. Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and
    2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
    We define service animals as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs and pets whose sole function is only to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA, and will not be allowed.

  • Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, we can see if there's that possibility, however, you'll be charged an additional room cleaning fee.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • Yes. We will provide updated info once you have moved in.
  • Our quiet hours are from 11 PM to 9 AM. We kindly ask all guests to respect this period to ensure a peaceful and restful environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation
  • It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.
