You won't find anything similar anywhere in the world. The same family has owned it for 800 years, surviving numerous invasions, occupations, and major historical events. Recently, they renovated it to accommodate remote workers from all over the world. It offers a unique blend of authentic castle vibes and modern facilities, making it an ideal choice for digital nomads and remote workers.

In addition to the breathtaking main castle building, there's also a beautiful 17th-century manor house with independent apartments that are pet- and family-friendly. 

We are a community-focused coliving. We expect guests to actively participate in sharing knowledge, organizing activities, and taking care of each other and the common spaces of the property.

GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO:
- Grand living room with a cozy fireplace and soft seating
- Dining room that can be used to eat or work. 
- Fully equipped coworking space with everything you need - comfy chairs, lots of desks (including a standing one), call rooms, a coffee corner, a video projector, a library, a printer, and a and a scanner.
- Fully equipped shared kitchen (or individual kitchens in the apartments)
- Gym
- Immense private park surrounding the castle. 

You can easily go for a walk and enjoy nature around you, as well as see some rabbits and deer. Wake up to the sound of birds singing, take a refreshing morning walk in the woods or along the river, and watch the gorgeous racehorses run.

Normandy

Our coliving is an excellent base to enjoy the main attractions in Normandy, like the iconic Mount Saint Michel. Bayeux, a cute historical town where you can see William the Conqueror's tapestry, and the D-Day landing beaches are both only 30 minutes away.
In the summer, you can enjoy long beach days, boat trips, and excursions. 
In winter, the marshes around the property fill up with water, and it magically turns into an island!

  • Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
  • You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
    - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
    - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

  • As much as we encourage social activities and meaningful connections, we value privacy and understand the importance of taking your private time. We are in an 80-hectare private park, with plenty of space for everyone. While indoors, you'll have the privacy of your own room and you can also find a good spot to spend some alone time in one of our many lounges.
  • Yes, we have designated apartments that are pet friendly.
  • Couples are very welcome. We have prices for single and double occupancy according to each room.
  • Yes. We have a fully equipped workspace, with office desks, chairs, screen projector and Soundsystem. We also have other working shared spaces, such as the dining rooml, the living room and lounges. Each bedroom is also equipped with a desk

  • Policies
  • Yes, pets are allowed. We ask for 50 euros per week or 150 euros per month extra if you bring your pet to cover for the extra cleaning for our staff.
    Please note that we can only host two pets at once and we have specific rooms for residents with pets that is why we ask anyone wanting to join us with a pet to get in touch with us before booking.
