Our co-living space has 5 private rooms, and 5 people are living at this location. We are more on a "homey side" - you can always find people to talk to (if you'd like), but at the same time, if you need a quiet place to work or relax, here it is.
Nevertheless, we do weekly community events like dinners, movie nights, hiking, stretching sessions, etc., where we invite people from other houses, too, so you'll always feel like you are a part of a community.
We have a kitchen with a dining area (microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc. are here). Our other unit in the same building (a part of Foundry as well) has a living room with 3 adjustable standing desks and a large couch to work, relax, or chat with your friends. You'll find an adjustable desk in your room, too.
We provide all necessary things for living: bedsheets, towels, plates, pots & pans, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The place is fully furnished.
You'll have everything needed, so you don't need to think of trivial things.
All your time will be focused on building your startup or creating it from scratch with a co-founder you can meet here (who knows?). When you surround yourself with like-minded people, ideas come quickly, and companies start fast.
People here are creative thinkers and open to communication. You'll be pleasantly overwhelmed with bright ideas and come up with your own to share.

Community
Our community is vibrant and active. People are working a lot (who does not in SF?) because they know the value of time here, but we try to unite people on weekends and help them create great memories during their stay.
We host both indoor and outdoor events - but typically our residents love indoor events more, since it's easier. But we use the benefits of Dolores Park, which is just one block away from us, to do some stretching sessions - and it works! A lot of people are joining. Across all locations, 20 founders are living with us, and we are happy when they bring friends to our gatherings.
Other than that, we're going hiking and absolutely love playing Catan. Usually, we have more than six people (the maximum number of players for one game), so we play in teams - it makes it even better.
From a more serious side, we do demo days every month in partnership with accelerators, where founders from our community can pitch their ideas to investors.

Mission Dolores
Shortly, Mission Dolores is nice and safe.
Our house is located in a residential area, just a 5-minute walk from Dolores Park with tennis courts (we have equipment you can borrow anytime, by the way).
Food-wise, Bi-rite is around the corner, Whole Foods is a 15-minute walk from here, and you can reach Trader Joe's in 20 minutes if you are fast.
Valencia St, with lots of cafes and restaurants, is one of the neighborhood streets.
If you are looking for places to work, LANS co-working at 3388 17th St & Manny's at 3092 16th St are specifically nice. But you can always ask us for more "diamond spots" - we have a huge list.
And we will definitely be glad to see you at Voss Gallery at 3344 24th St!

Our booking process is pretty straightforward.
Once you are interested in joining us, we'll send you a link to fill out the "welcoming" Google form, so we can learn more about you and what you are working on.
After this, we'll e-sign the rental agreement. You'll get it to your email.
After you consider and sign the rental agreement, we'll send you a link to pay the security deposit ($1000, it's fully refundable upon moving out).
You may pay rent once you move in.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place. -
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
