The standard minimum stay is 30 days.
Shorter stays are permitted only for CoLiving Friends and must be pre-approved.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when residents pay the full amount of the first month or make a partial payment.
The latter means they secure the room with $300 and 7 days prior to check-in pay for the rest.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full or as per the agreed payment plan at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
Amendments to Bookings
Changes to booking dates or room preferences are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Identification Requirements
Valid government-issued identification is required at check-in for all residents.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required at the time of booking. Details will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
Age Restrictions
Residents must be 18 years or older to book. Exceptions may apply for accompanied minors with prior approval.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home.
