Absolutely recommend for anyone who is new to moving! They made the process so easy, and I didn't have to worry about furniture or other household items. I work from home, so being able to move from a small town to NYC allowed me to bring my laptop and have my own space with much hustle. Thank you for making my NYC living experience great!

Finding a coliving space in NYC has been a breeze! They managed to find me a luxury coliving space in the middle of Times Square on very short notice when I moved to the city. The coliving space was kept very clean and provided quality living accommodations with great roommates. I definitely recommend using their services for finding great rooms in NYC!
Rented for a year and had a great stay! Never had many problems, and when I did, I submitted through the app, and they were very responsive.

Exactly as the name suggests, this coliving is seamless to sign up for a lease, move in, stay there, and then move out.
The people at the company are very friendly and helpful and you'll likely get good roommates who are in a similar situation as you.
But note that it may only be seamless for specific situations, such as being an international student or professional or needing temporary accommodation while looking for something permanent. I would not recommend considering it as a permanent residence.
One of the best places to live in Manhattan, close to all amenities. The room and coliving are kept neat and clean. Management is very accessible and quickly responsive. I initially planned to stay here for 4 months but ended up renewing my contract for 1 year. Highly recommended!
Stayed for 2 years and it was a great experience! They find the roommates for you, and it’s a luxury building so the amenities were great (gym, rooftop, doorman). The location is also a HUGE advantage for someone who likes to travel everywhere in NYC since there’s a lot of options for subway just around the corner.
The most positive aspects of renting with them were the straightforwardness of the procedures and their responsiveness towards all the requests.
The problems I encountered were due to the structure of the first coliving I lived in (that they do not rent anymore), while the second coliving (Times Square area) had no problem at all.
All in all, a good service, with the managers trying to fix all the problems as fast as possible.
