If you have any issues, we're available with 24-hour support. All of our apartments are available with flexible terms, meaning you can lease for 1–18 months. New to the city? Consider moving in for two months and then trying out a new neighborhood. Need a roommate? We also offer shared homes to our member-only community. Our design team ensures that each home meets our elevated standards, and you can select between furnished or unfurnished. It's your call. It's your home.

Great place to stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a really convenient location. Check-in was easy, and the staff was friendly and quick to respond. Overall, a solid spot and would definitely stay with them again.

I had an overall positive experience during my stay. The apartment matched the photos and description quite well. The location was excellent—both Central Park and Morningside Park are within walking distance, and the subway station is very close, which makes commuting easy. There are also great supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby, so daily life is very convenient.

The monthly cleaning service was a nice benefit, although the quality varied depending on the cleaning staff.

There were a few drawbacks. When I moved in, one of the curtain rods was broken, which ideally should have been fixed during the inspection after the previous tenant moved out. Additionally, the apartment is close to a main road, so the noise level can be quite high.

Overall, it was a good stay with a lot of conveniences due to the excellent location.

My apartment was well equipped with all facilities, and they are responsive when needed. Their app is easy to use and keeps track of all pending tickets and updates the status in a timely fashion.
