Come to our unique coliving, where you can have your own private apartment room with shared bathrooms. Additionally, we offer a shared coworking space, a beautiful rooftop garden, and a small kitchen equipped with a fridge and microwave.

Please note that our property does not have an elevator, and access is via stairs to the 1st floor of Coworking, the 3rd floor of guest rooms, and the 4th floor of the rooftop. Additionally, our facility is not barrier-free. However, the stunning views and welcoming space make it well worth the climb!

Our shared bathroom facilities include one for females and one for all genders, shared between spacious guest rooms. Although we do not have car parking facilities, we're located in a prime area that offers excellent access to public transport, so getting around won't be a problem.

We have three friendly cats in our coworking/living space, which only adds to the charm of our apartment!

Believe us, we made tons of guest surprises for our amazing location! We are located close to the Pavilion, the most famous and iconic shopping mall in KL. You can access Bukit Bintang station in just a minute. You can walk to most of the popular places for tourists and expats, such as Jalan Alor for 5 minutes, Changkat for 10 minutes, KLCC Park for 15 minutes, and Petronas Twin Towers for 20 minutes.

- Yes. We have a coworking space in the same building. All the guest rooms have a desk and a chair.
- Because of its good locations, we have both digital nomad guests and also students or interns who go to schools or offices nearby. Currently, more than 95% of our guests are foreigners. For coworking space, we also have local friends.
- The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
- You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
  - Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
  - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
  - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
  - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
  - If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.
- Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
- It's subject to availability. Please make sure to contact the host in advance.
- We only accept change dates when your arrival date is upcoming within 30 days. Split reservation is acceptable only when you notify us before 30 days from the date you want to leave temporarily.
- You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
- You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
- If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.
- Animals are not allowed because of allergies or that other people might be scared of them, sorry about this.
