To ensure clarity and avoid misunderstandings, all residents must review and agree to the following booking terms before confirming their reservation.
1. Required Payments
To secure the room, the following payments are required:
First month’s rent
2 month’s rent (deposit)
Service charge
Key deposit
The reservation is only confirmed once all required payments have been received.
2. Payment Schedule
Monthly rent is strictly due on the 1st day of each month. Late payments may be subject to additional charges as outlined in the lease agreement.
3. Payment Method
The reservation payment must be completed through the Coliving platform.
All subsequent monthly rent payments must be sent directly to the host via e-transfer.
4. Lease Agreement
A signed lease agreement is required before move-in. The booking becomes legally binding once the agreement is fully executed.
5. Move-In Coordination
Move-in must be scheduled in advance. Key handover will be arranged with the site manager upon confirmation of all payments and completed documentation.
