A short personal introduction — just a few lines about who you are and what brings you here.
Once that’s done, I’ll get back to you with a quick request for the following documents:
Proof of address (like an electricity bill or a recent bank statement)
Proof of income (either your last three payslips, most recent annual tax return, or your employment contract)
Details for a French guarantor (address, phone number, email, ID, and payslips) — or alternatively, a Visale guarantee
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions — I’m here to help every step of the way. Looking forward to learning more about you!
While we do not select tenants based on personal characteristics, and fully respect all legal and ethical standards, our team does take the time to understand each applicant’s expectations and lifestyle. This helps us match people with houses where they’re most likely to feel comfortable and thrive as part of the community.
It’s all about creating a great shared living experience, not about selecting people, but about making sure everyone feels at home. 🤝💬
We always do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures whenever possible. Just make sure to reach out to our team as your move-in or move-out date approaches, we’ll be happy to assist you! 🤝
That said, please keep in mind that we may be limited by other bookings 📅. If your room is already reserved for someone else, we might not be able to offer a solution, so the earlier you let us know, the better! 😊
For shortening your stay, please note that you're bound by a contract 📄, which may include a notice period that must be respected. The length of this notice period can vary depending on the city 🏙️, so make sure to check the terms carefully.
As for extending your stay, that's also possible! 🛏️ However, if you let us know at the last minute, your room might already be booked by a new tenant so please inform us in advance to avoid any surprises 😉
However, depending on the city or even the neighborhood, certain documents may be requestedsuch as a guarantor or proof of income. 📄🏙️ These requirements can vary, so we’ll always inform you in advance about what’s needed for your specific location.
Our goal is to keep the process as smooth and transparent as possible! 😊
We have an internal policy of returning your deposit within one month after the end of your contract. This allows us to process everything properly while making sure you can access your funds as soon as possible 🙌
If you have any questions or need updates during the process, feel free to reach out to our team we’re here to help! 😊
In line with our values, you're absolutely welcome to invite people over, after all, it's your home too. 🎉 However, we kindly ask that you remain mindful of your housemates. If the number of guests or the noise level becomes disruptive, we may need to step in to help restore a peaceful environment. 🤝🔇
At the end of the day, it all comes down to common sense: communicate openly, respect your flatmates, and take care of the space you share. Mutual respect goes a long way. 💬❤️
Nothing’s mandatory, of course—but you're always welcome to join in!
So you get the best of both worlds: a vibrant social environment when you want it, and your own space to unwind when you don’t.
