The Clark House is a newly renovated building with hardwood flooring, exposed brick, stainless kitchens, marble baths, and inviting layouts. The house features a large common space on the lower level to bring the community outside in! A MODERN HOME IN A VIBRANT NEIGHBORHOOD. We worked with interior designers to make the house comfortable for all of our members in any room of the house. For the furniture, we used only the best suppliers and materials, from real wooden surfaces to sleek countertops.

The Clark House is located in the epicenter of one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Manhattan. From the food you'll find there to the music you'll hear floating from open windows in the street, you will be transported. It is a living, breathing representation of its rich history and the rich culture that fills it today. This space is located in a quaint neighborhood with the beautiful St Nicholas Park nearby and quick access to some of the best parts of Manhattan. With the subway at 135th St only 10 minutes from Central Park and the 2, 3, and C lines offering express routes into downtown Manhattan you will never want for things to do. If you would rather stay in the neighborhood for the night, you will have your pick of activities. With the numerous landmarks to visit and a plethora of cuisines to sample, you will feel there is never enough time to do it all.
