This brand-new building features all the amenities you could need in a co-living space, with five spacious common areas to enjoy throughout. Enjoy a cozy movie marathon in the home theatre, a game night in the game room, shared meals in the cafeteria, or head up to the fully-furnished rooftop to relax in the sun. While the facade of the house has the historic Brooklyn charm we love, the interior has been recently renovated to accommodate a modern lifestyle. The building features an elevator, updated appliances, sleek furnishings and plenty of natural light. Each apartment is arranged around bright and inviting common areas, which are spacious in comparison to your average New York City apartment. We worked with interior designers to make the house comfortable for all of our members in any room of the house. For the furniture we used only the best suppliers and materials, from real wooden surfaces to sleek countertops.
