In terms of creditworthiness, we typically seek scores above 690. However, we are open to considering alternative financial documents, including bank statements and pay stubs, or a guarantor. You will be presented with a rental agreement after successfully meeting all criteria. Please be aware that bedding is not provided but is available for an extra charge.
