This 3 bed co-living apartment is situated on the 4th floor in the front building.

Room 2 has access to a private balcony.

Newly and completely renovated - the apartment consists of a new kitchen with all the necessary appliances, washing machine and dryer and a dining table and lounge area. A newly renovated bathroom with separate shower, modern tiles, new fittings and sanitary installations.

All windows and balcony doors have new, high-quality insulated glass windows.

The apartment is heated by a modern gas central heating system and boasts new oak parquet flooring.

The main purpose of our community is to make it possible for people—regardless of background—to feel comfortable and at home with their housemates, and have the opportunity to build long-lasting, authentic relationships.

To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of the a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsor a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. • All the contracts should start on the first day of each month.
• We work with open-ended contracts, so you can stay for as long as you like. In order to terminate your lease, you just need to give a 1-month termination notice before moving out.
• All our contracts end on the last day of each month.
• After signing the contract a deposit of 1,000 EUR will be requested. The amount is fixed regardless of the price of the rent and is
fully reimbursable once you move out.
• Please note that we ask for a prepayment of your LAST month of rent, the first month of rent will be paid directly to us on the day
your contract starts.

Can I cancel a booking?

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.
What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.
Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Residents Terms.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Can I tour the property first?

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Are pets allowed?

We love pets, but unfortunately, we don't have any animal-friendly apartments available at the moment.
What types of people will I be sharing the home with?

Our members come from all over the world and have a big range of professions. Most members are between 25-35 yrs old, but we believe that age is just a number. We love diversity and promote environments where you will get to meet people from different backgrounds and broaden your horizons.
Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?

Unfortunately, as the rooms are only suitable for one person, the payment should come from a single bank account.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?

As our contracts are open-ended, you can stay for as long as you like depending on the availability! However, unfortunately, the stays cannot be shortened.
When/how will you refund my security deposit?

Within 30 business days after your contract end date.

Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Our apartments are your home, so you can definitely have guests come over as long as everyone in the home is fine with it and you follow our guest policy.
Are kids allowed?

Sadly, our apartments are currently not suitable for families with kids.
Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?

Smoking is only permitted outdoors, on balconies, terraces, or yards. Violations may result in fines.
What are the quiet hours?

Members must avoid being a disturbance to others, especially during quiet hours. This includes keeping noise levels down in common areas, outdoor spaces, balconies, and terraces at designated times (after 10 pm on weeknights and midnight on weekends).

Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?

Yes, the apartment included a fully equipped kitchen.
Do I have to clean the room when I move out?

Just leave the room in a decent way and make sure that nothing got broken during your stay.
Are the communal areas cleaned frequently?

Yes, they are! Once every 2 weeks.

Safety
Can I lock my bedroom door?

Our apartments typically do not have locks on individual private rooms. This is primarily due to safety concerns since police or firefighters may need to enter the room in case of an emergency. Additionally, we provide services such as cleaning and furniture repairs/maintenance, so our operations team or technicians/plumbers may need to enter if there is an issue in a private room or if it is time for cleaning. In such cases, we will always notify the members in advance and knock on the doors before entering. Thank you for your understanding!
