  • If you're interested in sharing a suite let us know! Most of our private suites are single occupancy, but some layouts like our studio and Jr. 1bd may be a great fit for two.
  • Absolutely. Many residents work remotely and use their suites for quiet, focused work. Our L Suite and Studio have built in desk. We also offer a rooftop lounge ideal and cafes in the neighborhood that are great for focused worked.

  • Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Please provide a government-issued photo ID, proof of income or employment, a completed application, your personal information along with an emergency contact, and your rental history. Depending on your financial situation, we may request a co-applicant or guarantor, and we will also need your consent for a credit and background check. We look forward to welcoming you!

    Can I Shorten My Stay?
    If you need to leave early, we understand. Please provide 30 days’ written notice. Early termination fees may apply depending on your lease agreement.
  • For stays over 30 days:
    A standard lease agreement is required. This outlines the terms of your stay, payment schedule, house rules, and your rights as a resident. It helps protect both you and the community.
  • We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.
  • We understand that not everyone has perfect credit! While we don’t require a flawless score, having a score of around 650 or higher is generally preferred. We are happy to discuss your situation individually!

  • We're happy to let you know that your security deposit will be returned within 21 days of your move-out date, following California state law. If you paid by card or bank transfer, we’ll refund it to your original payment method or via direct deposit. If you paid by check or money order, you'll receive a refund check mailed to your forwarding address.
  • You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.
  • You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.
  • If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

All residents and guests must be 21 or older to consume alcohol, and underage drinking is strictly prohibited. Gatherings involving alcohol should be low-key and non-disruptive; any larger events must be approved by management in advance.

  • We suggest considering renters insurance to help protect your belongings. While your rent covers your living space, linens and everyday expenses like food, transportation, and personal items remain your responsibility.
